My mother received excellent, outstanding, above and beyond, service from Christian and Nicolas today. She's older and needed some help with her old appliances and helped with installation of her new ones. They truly went above what was required of them. Idk if they work for home Depot directly, but I had to make sure they knew what excellent service they provided her. THANK YOU CHRISTIAN AND NICOLAS.

Just picked up our cucumber plants can’t wait to get to the house and get’em in the best spot in our Garden. Of course we only wanted to get them from our Favorite Store Home Depot. I’m sure they’re gonna turn out Perfect and Delicious‼

We worked with Rick in appliances. He was very helpful and nice. He gave us some great tips, which helped us land on our new washer and dryer.

The staff are helpful and patient. They know there stuff. 5 star service.

All the products are easy to find and in the right spot with the correct tags. The nice men there helped me cut up some pegboard so that it could fit in my car free of charge!

I ordered 2 doors online Sunday and they were ready for pickup on Monday. I had a friend pick them up. and he had no problems picking them up. I bought the door hinges and door knobs. I purchased the wrong size hinges and returned them. Got the new ones home and they did were not the right fit. Returned these for the right ones. Shout out to the ladies at the return desk who helped me with the returns and then the exchanges. They were all extremely helpful and had great customer service. Home Depot has my gratitude and will be my go-to store for all my hardware needs.

Garrison Line help me find perfect bricks that would look good in my dads garden. All I had to do was show him a picture and he knew exactly what would look good and even helped me load em up in my car. Very professional and all around a good person thank you!

In the past 2 yrs we have purchased multiple major appliances from here. No complaints. Each delivery there have been 2 people & they make moving these large appliances look easy. Wonderful experience replacing our front door. We had an idea what we wanted. We went into the store & sat one on one with Stephanie. She was super friendly, easy going & knowledgeable. She walked us through each step & was able to answer all of our questions.

Staff is helpful. My daughter wanted a rechargeable color change lamp and they only had one unicorn left which was the display and they let us buy it. Everything is easy to find, and the store is always clean.

Love this store. I can normally find anything I need. If I can't, someone will help. I bought a new light fixture with some weird light bulbs that I couldn't find. A worker named Dave or David Gilbert, can't remember exactly, was awesome. We brought the fixture in with us. He helped us search for the bulb for over 20 minutes. He was very helpful.

My husband and I decided to go to The Home Depot. We found the items we wanted with no problem. We spent alot of time looking and pricing cabinet's and counter tops for our kitchen. We definitely will be going back. Very friendly employees.

Love it, glad there's one near our home

The parking lot was mostly vacant on this football Sunday mid afternoon so it was easy to get a good spot. There was no food stand in front of the store. I went in for 2 light bulbs for our front porch and my wife needed chalk paint. I quickly found LED bulbs for $1.88 ea and my wife found her paint just as quick. Easy in, easy out. I just wish there was a food stand in front so we didn't have to make another stop.

Clean, well-stocked and well-organized HD in Cold Spring. My father quickly & easily found the lights he was looking for; I quickly found the wire needed to hook them up.

The employees at this store went above & beyond helping me a with a purchase. The item was out of stock almost everywhere in the city but they looked and found a display model & held it for me. They spent a lot of time looking for it when it wasn't placed where it was supposed to be; they also let me use the 10% coupon that wasn't ringing up properly in their system. Great service by Tom and his staff.
