Kroger

This location is always my "go to" Kroger. Today I had the most delightful cashier, Felix. If everyone in this world was as kind and happy as this young man, the world would be a better place for sure. He's a keeper!

Got some orange roses for my wife today for a surprise fall present. Shoutout to Jake Kroger is lucky have him ! 5 star customer service today !

The staff here was amazing. I showed up late to pick up my quick list, 15 minutes before close, the staff didn’t act annoyed at all. Simply asked my name for my order, got me what I needed and told me to have a great day. Amazing customer service, 10/10 would recommend them again. De‘Metrius was amazing and beyond kind. Kroger needs to recognize this staff for their EXCELLENT customer service.

Pharmacy takes a lunch break daily. Service has always been friendly & convenient with picking up groceries and pharmacy.

Living 45 minutes from the grocery store has it's challenges and most of the time seems to be an all day event. I recently purchased groceries through the clicklist pickup. Seeing that I had some OOS items I called Kroger and spoke with a young man named Sam. He answered my questions and double checked my order and found the items I was missing so I wouldn't have to go back out and purchase those items later on in the month. I wasn't sure how else to show him our appreciation so I hope his superiors see this and know that Sam went above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of. Thank you, Sam!

I ordered a cake online from this Kroger. The process was super easy and the cake was great. It also was a good price. I would recommend their bakery.

Felix our cashier is a true example of how you should treat a customer and enjoy going to work. Every time he has been my cashier he has always been cheering and respectful. He truly brings a joy to my whole week. Thank you Felix you are a blessing!

Great store to shop. Very clean and I eas so happy to see that tbey had lamb chops for sale. My husband and I decided to make tacos using bison meet and we used the liquid taco sauce with red chili and cumin. Very tasty.

I get my meds at Walgreen and They ran out. So I called Kroger's Pharmacy up they had what I was looking for an had them felt at Kroger's

It has been a bit crazy since the remodel started. Customer service is nearly always top notch at this Kroger. They have some great employees who have worked there for years. Just like any place there is room for improvement, but to me the employees make up for these oversights.

Everyone was super helpful from getting directions to the auto section from a cashier. Then great advice on good meats at the deli. The pharmacy is very professional with friendly workers and a drive thru option. Also the coolest team of people working at the Fifth third inside the kroger.

Today was fine, nothing stands out. About a month ago I was there and left my phone in the cart. I was halfway down the road when I realized. I turned around and went back. I went to customer service and asked if it had been turn in. I think Alex was his name offered to help me. We walked thru the lot while he called my phone. Sure enough l had left it in the cart. I hope I got his name right. I was so grateful as I had only had my phone for 2 days. Thanks again

Purchased items usually have long or reasonable sell by or expiration dates. Other stores I have shopped had expiration dates within only days of purchased. For this reason I switched from another store and will continue shopping at Kroger. I enjoy the baked chicken leg and thighs and pasta salad. Plus a large variety of salads and fruits. Always a good experience for a guy that used to hate shopping. I always treat my self to a Starbucks coffee before I leave the store

At this time until they get it together on the remodel I give it a 3. Some of the aisles are difficult to maneuver passing another and their cart, you can't find anything...it would be nice if they would acknowledge the customers discomfort and let us know what is going on and what to expect

Clipped the coupon online, product was easy to find. Headed to check out, where I was greeted by a friendly cashier, who took the time ensure that checkout was easy and made sure that I got the discounted price. Excellent store

Kroger has everything , even my bank 5/3. the self check-outs are easy to use and have a attendant near by, should need help with a item or checking out the beer. gas points also. were luck to have a fine supermarket

Good layout, nice helpful staff, great selection. I shop at the Cold Spring location at The Crossing and I shop mostly the perimeter for fresh and organic. They have it all. Smaller New store with curious fellow shoppers.

A decent grocery store and it's a Kroger. All the shelves are stocked, hardly ever out of anything. the produce is fresh and so is the meat. The staff is great, friendly and very helpful. Ready to go out of the way you help.

Awesome store and staff w/ wonderful "home town" feel. They really appreciate the customer there, the prices are excellent, and I never have to wait in a long line.

Great customer service by Dan. My son wanted a cart with a car on it and Dan went out in the rain to get him one and then got paper towels to dry it off. Excellent customer service Dan.
