Neil and the entire staff of this pharmacy are wonderful. They go above and beyond to help customers. I will be a customer for life. They are friendly, polite and work with your insurance to make sure you get your medication on time and for the right price. I have had several issues that Neil helped with even on his day off! That's how important customer service is to them. I appreciate their hard work and dedication to customers. You just don't get personalised service like you used to get. But Killian Hill makes sure you do get that service with them. Chain pharmacies treat you like your just a number. Killian Hill treats you as a part of the family. I would highly recommend you try them especially if you take medications that are difficult to get through regular chain pharmacies. Killian Hill was recommended by my doctor and I will never leave them. Try them. You will be happy and impressed with Killian Hill.

Just like family. They know their customers. Personal phone calls and can answer any questions. They also work closely with specialty meds if needed.

Amazing. I was in need of a really expensive medicine before an overseas trip. They took my info, got it approved, and within 48 hours it was delivered to my house. I didn't know it was even approved but they took care of it. I wish EVERY pharmacy was this precise.

Neil, Beau, & all of his staff are the most personable & friendly people. They will do everything possible to help with your needs.
They had to order my medicine & got it overnight, then delivered it to me the same day since i live an hour away.
If that's not great service I don't know what is😊

Amazing service and staff. They know their customers by name before coming to the counter. They all are very accommodating and make sure you understand the side effects of any new medication prescribed. I could not say anything better about this place but I know I will never go to a grocery store or box store for my prescription again.

Great customer service. Dhaval & Neil are always so friendly.It’s refreshing to find a pharmacy that makes you feel like you can ask anything and get an informed answer. They take the time to get to know you and make you feel welcome and in good hands for all your pharmaceutical needs. Would definitely recommend!

This is a smaller , homier Pharmacy. The shelves were a little understocked. BUT, the Pharmacist was a VERY helpful gentleman, and came out to help me find exactly what I needed, every time !! Thank you sir !!
The Pharmacy Tech? ( A rather attractive... very ! ....Young lady who next I'll not forget to look for that wedding ring !! 😃😁😂) called me in advance several times to nail down a problem with a prescription. Soo patient. You just don't get this kind of caring service anymore, from hardly anywhere !!

Specialty Pharmacy that has in-stock many prescription that most pharmacies need to order with a 24 hour turnaround. The next day delivery is a huge convenience especially when you live about an hour away. Very professional and friendly staff.

best pharmacy this side of the mississippi. neil and his staff are always on top of things and always manage to go above and beyond; even when i’m looking for an over the counter item. my prescriptions are always ready on time, which walgreens could never do. if i have to wait, it’s no more than 5 minutes. i never thought a pharmacy would leave me happy enough to leave a review, but let that show just how outstanding this pharmacy is.

Neil and his staff are great! He always tries to make sure you save the most money possible and uses a lot of prescription savers cards to help with that! I drive 20 mins out of my way to go here because they’re the best!

The pharmacists and techs are so helpful. They explain any questions and go out of their way to accommodate their patients. Plus they offer delivery and shipping! Great place overall.

I have been suffering with migraines for 3 months and Killian Hill Pharmacy has delivered my medication and I could not be more thankful. I haven't been about to leave me house because of the light sensitivity, so this has been a God send. I get text alerts to let me know when medication was on the way and when it was delivered. Thank you to my neurologist for introducing me to this service. ❤
