Trademark Contractors

Inquired about repairing some eroding concrete on the side of my home and also the patio area. A couple of guys came out on the day they told me they were going to come out, inspected the areas that needed repair, and provided an estimate on the following day. I thought the estimate was fair but decided to try to repair it myself to save some money. Great experience though.

I used Trademark Contractors when I had some storm damage that tore shingles off my roof. Hector was beyond helpful and informative throughout the entire process. He was also very patient with answering all of the questions I had and was always available when i called. I ended up getting a brand new roof and the crew was very professional and did a great job. They completed my roof in one day and cleaned up so well, you couldn’t even tell they were there. Would recommend Trademark to all of my friends and family!

I expected a lot of Richie Krawiec and the Trademark Contractors team, and they delivered big-time. From the start, when Richie came out on short notice to pull a fallen tree limb from my roof and install a protective tarp, through assisting me with the insurance process, and then eventually completing a bunch of other desperately needed work around the house (work that I had put off for way too long!), I always felt like I was in good hands. And the Trademark Contractors team did fantastic work, eventually completing a full roof replacement for me, installing all new gutters and downspouts, installing new skylights, completing electrical repairs as well as exterior and interior repairs and painting, and finally adding new insulation in the attic. Whenever I had questions or concerns, Richie was always very responsive, and he made sure I was completely satisfied with the work that had been done. I can't ask for much more than that!

After interviewing several contractors for roofing work I decided to work with Trademark. I was not disappointed with my selection; from the company representatives that answer the phone and take your information to the contractors themselves that worked with me. I had the pleasure of working with Richie and he was extremely knowledgeable and was able to share ALL the services that the company offers beyond roofing. The workmanship was excellent, timely and all representatives, especially Richie were outstanding to work with. They LISTEN instead of PRESSURING you! I highly recommend them for your consideration should you have any projects to complete.

Kip Crego at Trademark Contractors was wonderful. He was professional, prompt and always followed up with us whenever we had questions. We had the exterior of our house painted and the results were fantastic! They did so well that we are using them for our next project- replacing our roof! I recently used TC for a home renovation due to a large insurance loss. Good group to work with. I'm not going to say everything was as easy or fast as we would have liked and we certainly experienced a few hiccups during the job. However, I think it is normal to have some setbacks with a job as large in scope as mine plus there were issues out of everyone's control like insurance delays, supply chain issues, and labor challenges. Despite this, the communcation from TC was top notch, they always kept me informed and up to date, even when it wasn't the best news to share. In the end, the job was done to my satisfaction and everything was resolved like we wanted. Special shout out to our project manager Mike H for helping us out and dealing with my many stressed out phone calls while our home was being gutted and then put back together. We really appreciate it and the finished project looks great.

Trademark is a very good company to use. They are always there. Evan and his team is friendly and easy to get along with. They have great prices and they work around your schedule so it helps easy the pain off. They are fast and friendly and they clean up their mess when they done.

I recently hired Trade mark Contractors to build a covered patio addition to my home. The quality of their work is very good, and and they do what they promise. Jarrad Nation, Project Manager, was a pleasure to deal with and did a great job coordinating the project. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for home renovations or roofing replacements.

Trademark came highly recommended to me by a close friend. Upon the initial estimate, I was very impressed with their professionalism. They asked all the right questions and wanted to make sure we were 100% on what I wanted. From the date they started everything was on schedule. During the remodel, if I had any questions or concerns, they handled it immediately. It's been 3 months now since the renovations were completed and I couldn't be happier with the new "HOME" they've given me!

Rich helped us with a new roof on our home and did such a good job we had him replace the roof on our commercial office building. You get what you pay for folks. Be careful with these fly by night roofing companies. Do your research and go with a company like Trademark with a good work ethic and good reviews. There is a big deference and it's worth it to get quality work and a great warranty backed by the roofing manufacturer.

After a pretty nasty storm last May I found my fourteen had been ripped off the side of house, shingles were roof and I had interior water damage. Trademark Contractors handled it all with ease. I'm a matter of days they had everything back to brand new. They even helped walk me through the insurance process. It was quick, painless and pleasure to work with them. My roof and home look amazing!

I called Trademark Contractors because I had missing shingles after a storm. Hector came out and after inspecting my roof I filed a claim. He worked with my insurance company and was able to get a new roof approved. Very easy process, loving my new roof.

We hired Trademark Contractors to do some work on our house and they far exceeded any expectations we had! We closed in a room, changed the end of our stairs and our fireplace, added builtins and put new hardwoods throughout the downstairs. It feels like a new house! Next up - new kitchen counters and we will definitely call them to do those!

Kip Crego is a not just a new neighbor but a good Samaritan. Kip was driving by when he saw my brother struggling to load some heavy machinery onto a pickup truck and he stopped to help (not once but twice). My brother was so impressed that brought Kip over to my house and showed him the looming projects that I was dreading.
So far Kip has handled two projects for us (a damaged chimney and the front door) and I'm very happy with the results. Kip put us at ease and explained the causes and the resolutions and is now helping us with a roofing project (and he's handled the insurance and the adjuster).
I'm recommending Kip to all my friends.

I was in a bind and needed some work done in a hurry. Evan was able to get a crew out within a couple days to complete everything. The hardworking crew was able to get everything completed in one day so i could pass inspection. Very helpful!
