AT&T Store

My iPhone 13 is acting up but I am not buying a new phone right now. I stopped by the AT&T store on Celebration
Parkway and had the pleasure of meeting the Customer Service Professional Jad. He was awesome. He took my phone and worked his magic. Now I’m back in working condition. Thank you Jad.

I was having so much trouble with my new phone that was glitching real bad. The store manager was in there and was helping out one other person but she was very polite, I didn’t mind waiting. She was done with her quickly and as soon as I gave her my phone, she fixed it in an instant. It was very cool. I thought I was going to be in that store for my whole lunch break but I had so much time thanks to krystal. Most of the time when I go to any AT&T store I wait a pretty long time but thanks to her I got out of there lickety-split! Thanks AT&T and thank you Crystal!

Brie is by far the sweetest AT&T employee. She went above and beyond to help me and also made sure she explained everything throughly. Give this girl a raise!

I visited this store a couple weeks ago. Service was great, just only I had to wait a long time in order to be taken care. Thanks to Mr. Pak, he was so helpful and patience! I do recommend this location, just only consider you need to arrive with plenty of time.

My girlfriend and I went to get promo information and we walked out with S9 bogo. The manager Ana explained everything in detail and was very helpful and professional. I will recommend this store to my friends!

The staff at this location was very helpful with my Sim card issues. They updated a new card for me very fast and fixed my phone. Jae was very helpful with figuring out some issues with my Google maps app as well. Thanks
