The Mill at Westside

I’ve been here for a couple weeks now and glad I decided to make the move! Management, specifically Greg was super helpful in guiding me through the rental process. The maintenance team has also been fast and efficient in addressing minor issues I had in my apt. The living areas are all spacious which are great for accommodating large sectionals and a king size bed should you have them. The modern appliances add an atmosphere of luxury so the apartment is on point aesthetically. The units are equipped with large windows that allow for great natural light. The rooftop pool also had a great view of the city with the gym adjacent. The valet trash service has been resourceful and they are a recycle friendly community. The gated parking adds a sense of safety since it’s accessed by fob. Overall it has been a great experience so far. Huff road can become congested at peak hours so I keep that in mind when planning my off days. Besides that it’s in great proximity to great eateries and entertainment!

This is a really nice, quiet community. I love my apartment. My floor plan is a two bedroom and it’s very spacious, huge bathrooms, closets, and good bedroom space. I have no issues with my apartment, and Gregory, the leasing agent, is really a heaven sent. I had a few problems with the management at my last apartment complex, but Gregory made my application process and move-in a breeze. He is extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Big thank you to Gregory, and I would definitely recommend this complex!

I’m coming from moving from Chicago to Atlanta I stayed here for a year before I found the mill at west I was staying in college park so you guys can only imagine I really didn’t know about certain areas of Atlanta so my lease was up and I had been looking at the mill at west side for a couple of months I came in multiple times and bothered Greg the leasing agent for a tour of each 2bed 2 bath floor plan and he just did it with happiness lol when I say I end up getting the b4 I love my init you guys I love my neighbors I love everything about this place the move in process was smooth and the schools over here if u for kids are super nice. And your kid will get the best education don’t hesitate I love it here. They also have food trucks every Wednesday they throw parties on the leasing office with food and drinks the parking is safe no breaks ins and the parking is free for guest don’t hesitate apply now

I have greatly enjoyed living here over the past 2 years. I feel safe and secure, the maintenance staff responds extremely quickly and is always helpful, the office staff is very professional and kind, and I’ve had generally positive experiences with my neighbors. One of the best values in West Midtown.

Have lived here for 3 years, and it’s the best place for the price! Walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, and stuff to do. Free coffee every morning, super nice people, extremely dog friendly community. 10/10 would recommend living here for someone looking for the city life without living in the thick of it

I want to give a major shoutout to Brock who works as a maintenance technician. Ever since I moved in a few months back, he’s completed every maintenance request with top notch excellence and punctuality! He’s very nice and I had the opportunity to talk with him this morning as he was fixing something in my apartment. Big ups to Brock!

My experience at the mill has been nothing short of accommodating, welcoming and a standard of quality customer service. I begun my apartment search in early march, touring the complex serval times. The leasing manager Gregory, treats each resident and perspective tenant as family. He went above in beyond with my move in was very informative as well. I definitely recommend the property, love the leasing team and my apartment. If you’re looking for a home, then choose the mill and ask for Gregory.

I’ve been here for about 5 years and Vicki and Valencia have been wonderful with handling all of my needs and concerns. Huge thank you to them for their great customer service and problem solving skills!

I am rating this apartment complex solely on my experience with Valencia not my experience with the property … I really appreciate her eagerness to help me with my issues. I rely on her to handle my requests because she is the only person who seems to care! I’ve never visited the office and actually saw the manager!!! Even though I understand most of the things I visit the office about are COMPLETELY out of her control she gives me a real answer and is truthful about what I can expect… if you are interested in viewing the property make an appointment with her, when move in day comes she’ll be sure to have everything ready for you to sign as well and make you feel confident about your decision.

My boyfriend and I viewed this property earlier this week. The amenities are stunning and the staff are all so welcoming. The manager Sarah came out to ask if we had any questions. She was so nice and approachable. It really felt like we were already at home. This is a top contender for when we move to this area. Keep up the good work!

Living here was great. Maintenance was always swift, the property was always kept clean, and the crew working in the office was always nice. Gregory made my move in process a breeze and gave an excellent tour when I first viewed the property. The two maintenance guys who’s names start with a D made sure to check in whenever we crossed paths.

The property is beautiful and upscale. Location is perfect there is plenty of entertainment and dining options nearby. The staff (Sarah Davis, Valencia, Greg, Davin, Berat) are super friendly and provide great customer service. This is the place to look for an apartment home.

I’ve been residing here for about a month now. Moving here was a great decision. The staff are very helpful and kind. The facility is well taken care of. Overall great move.

I just want to take a moment and share my positive experience while living at The Mills at Westside. The units are absolutely gorgeous and the building is extremely quiet. A large majority of the residents are friendly and respectful. The grounds keep team is solid and very consistent along with the maintenance staff.

There has been some turnaround with management but Tamika in the leasing office has always been a valuable resource to me whenever I had any issues. I think the office staff does a good job as far as hearing out the complaints of residents and advocating on our behave.

The amenities are always open and available to the residents. In comparison to other midtown leasing complexes, The Mills is right up there at the top in my opinion.

I called the leasing office this morning with an urgent matter. The staff, specify Ms. Valencia was extremal accommodating and helpful. I appreciate her going above and beyond to make sure my issue was taken care of. I always appreciate the customer service I receive from the staff in the office. Mr. Greg has also been very helpful and kind in the past as well. Beautiful community and amazing leasing staff! You won't be sorry!

I was a resident for about 3-4yrs at this place and it has really come a LONG way from where it started. Tamika and her rkw residential team have really been on top of things despite some of the ignorance you will experience with apartments. They get things done in a timely manner, and they’ve kept the community active. I personally had a great experience with them with my transition to a new home. I felt like they cared and truly did everything within their power to assist my process even when I thought I might have needed to stay. I feel blessed to be able to encounter such caring individuals. I will surely miss my time there.

I don’t leave reviews very often, but this one is definitely worth it. I’m definitely more than satisfied with this apartment building, its location, its amenities, as well as my specific unit. But I am most grateful for the experience I’ve had with Gregory who made my entire move in experience, from touring to applying to actually moving in, the most seamless move in experience I’ve ever had. If I could give 6 stars I would.

We just moved here this summer, and we are thoroughly enjoying the location, the neighbors, and the rooftop pool. Kelvin is the best! Always friendly and helpful! And Greg was very nice and helpful with the move-in process.

Greg is awesome! He was super helpful in the leasing process, making sure I was informed and had everything I needed for move-in. After my first 6 months, he’s continued to bring positive energy and be a great resource for any of my ongoing needs.

I will give Greg and Val 5 stars, they have been very helpful during my stay here, I hope that this company finds a better Property Manager, that doesn't yell at tenets. We (tenets) are the reason they get a paycheck.
