VCA Lilburn Animal Hospital

Last week I had to make the decision to have my baby Snow put to sleep. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do and I want to say thank you to everyone at VCA for your kindness, love and sincerity. You all were so gentle with me and my baby Snow. I am so glad I brought Snow here. I was not expecting so much love and support but you all went above and beyond, you followed up with phone calls while he was sick, I cannot thank you enough. I will never take my fur babies anywhere else.

I had to travel with my pup out of the country and the usda rep asked for some paperwork last minute. The staff at VCA was extremely helpful with coordinating what I needed. The person who was supposed to sign off on the documents wasn't available and another vet at this location stepped up to the plate and saved my trip! They made sure everything was done properly and up to the usda's specs. Thank you so much

I live in Decatur but I still drive to the Lilburn location because the staff and veterinary care here is so exceptional. I credit them with the fact that my dog lived as long and as comfortably as he did. They are also great about helping people find ways to pay and to operate within a budget.

I have been coming to this VCA location since I got my fur child. Their prices are a little higher than other locations nearby, but I love how they treat my baby and approach my concerns.

I love the staff here and VCA Lilburn! They're genuinely interested in the well being of my fur kids (2 cats and 1 dog). They always try and find ways to help me save money on expenses and give me discounts when available. I will continue to take my babies here so long as I know they're under their care.

Before diving into everything great, I do want to preface this by saying VCA is a little more expensive than most places in the area, but I also want to say you 100% get what you pay for. I am fortunate enough to be in a situation where cost is not necessarily a primary concern for me, but if it is for you, just know that coming in. Moving forward though - I have never been to a clinic where I feel welcomed, and where my pet, even though very stressed, by the end of the visit, is calmed down enough to even explore the room a bit. This staff is excellent. I mean that. E X C E L L E N T. I have had every doctor I visited with follow up with me, call me, provide ways to contact them. I have had questions pop up when I couldnt get an appointment or that were quick questions, and they are always happy to lend a hand! Even the techs who come in to check the basics are extremely kind and knowledgeable.

I really do appreciate this clinic, they are the best of the best, and I have no intentions of ever taking my cat anywhere else.

I only wish I could take my ferrets to them as well :P

They deserve 10 stars!! We have been going to VCA for the past year and soooo glad we chose these professionals to take care of our fur baby. The Care club was affordable and still is. As first time pet owners we would worry over things which we thought were an issue, however, when we call to speak to a Doc they always respond. If they can not call back immediately they call back when they can. Nala has seen all the doctors here and they genuinely care. They have even taken us last minute due to emergencies. Very caring staff! You wont be disappointed :) Thanks VCA Lilburn!!!

This is an excellent clinic to take your pet. I've used them for several years now for my cat. The staff is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They take great care to be gentle with my cat, who can get aggressive in her visits. They are thorough when they check various ailments, and offer a range of testing/treatment options when they can at different price points. They are quick to refill and notify you about medications, and to schedule appointments that work for you.

Dr. Eggleston is so kind! I love this vet's office, and I feel like they really care about my kitty. The ladies at the front desk are phenomenal and also very caring. My cat is 15 & has had some recent health issues, but Dr. Eggleston has been great, and my cat seems back to normal. I recommend him to anyone & I'm happy I picked this VCA for my cat.

If there were 10 Stars I would give them. I can't thank you all so much for the love you showed toward my cat Chrissy. When my finances get a little better I will bring the rest of my animals to your clinic. thank you all again so very much and may God be with all of you and your families at this time of year.

I cannot say enough good things about VCA Lilburn. I took my 15 year old cat, Gandalf, there on Mothers' Day due to some continued health issues that had worsened over the weekend. I truly appreciated that they were open firstly on weekends and secondly on a holiday kind of day. The staff helped my fiancé and I to make one of the hardest decisions of a pet owner's life. Every single person I interacted with that day was so kind, from cleaning Gandalf up to give him some dignity to sitting down on the floor with me to go over options so that I could stay close to Gandalf. Even though I was crying throughout the visit, each person was sympathetic and understanding. Though we lost Gandalf that day, we have for sure found a vet that will be our preferred vet going forward! Thank you all <3

Dr. Rosenhauer, Todd, & Vanessa did such a great job of explaining the social distancing appointment process and made it a safe and easy process. Dr. Rosenhauer was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything she was saying and explained all my options/pricing and allowed ample time for questions. Couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism and care given to our two Frenchies. Winston and Tebow will definitely be going back to Dr. Rosenhauer for their next checkups.

Haven't been back since I had to put my forever furbaby down last October, but I couldn't find a groomer for my new baby so I decided to return to my vet of 14 years. As always everyone is super kind and informative. They were so excited to meet Jax. Anyway, I waited about 8 weeks to get an appointment with my favorite groomer which I didn't mind becauae Barbara is so good. However, prior to his groom Jax had to have a quick exam to get his flu vaccine and in true VCA form...the vet called to give me an update and chat about Mr. Jax which I really appreciate. Glad to be back.

This is one happy pup leaving the clinic 🙂 he had a bad eye/ ear infection and the doctor was very informative to the issue and treatment plan. All the staff was so pleasant to talk to, thank you !!

We began 14 years ago . We’re on our second big dog and they are always so helpful whether boarding or medication refills, they’re there to help even during the pandemic when most kennels shut down .
We recently brought in our cat , knowing we were having to say goodbye. They were so empathetic & kind. We even received a sweet paw print keepsake.
Really great group of people & would totally recommend.

I and my pup LOVE this Vet. Office staff is super friendly, and the Vet is so nice! They took the time to go over different types of medicines and treatments for my dog and made sure it was all with in my budget. They bring the treatment plan out to go over what's needed, what can wait and the costs before doing anything. Every Vet I've been to before finding this place I would always get surprised at check out with the costs. The Vet herself also called the next day to check up on my baby girl to make sure she was doing well after getting her vaccines. I love love love this place!

They care about your pet & you. Takes time to explain things. You don't feel like a walking dollar sign. Love the docs & staff.

Staff were very kind and caring.They were with us and our pet TJ as if we were old friends.They made our grief bearable.We recommend them to everyone .God bless you all

The staff is super nice. Sox hates the car ride, but he loves the ladies. He usually fusses when i try to hold his paw, but let one of the techs touch him, and he pretty much sticks his paw out.

Plus, they are really good at keeping me informed on his status and upcoming vaccines. Not to mention, they're very affordable.
