Porter Westside

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Porter Westside, a residential condominium located at 820 West Marietta St NW, Atlanta, GA, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional.

First and foremost, I want to express my sincere gratitude to Antonio, one of the maintenance team members. Antonio's dedication to his work and his exceptional service truly stood out. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything is in top-notch condition significantly contributed to the overall positive atmosphere of the condominium.

The entire staff and management deserve praise for their kindness and professionalism. However, Antonio truly went above and beyond, making my stay at Porter Westside memorable.

One of the highlights of the condominium is its impeccable cleanliness and neatness. The entire complex is well-maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents and visitors alike. It's evident that the management takes great care in ensuring that every corner is spotless and inviting.

From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of warmth and hospitality that made me appreciate the community at Porter Westside. The staff's kindness and Antonio's exceptional service have left a lasting impression on me.

I have lived in this community for many years and seen a lot of changes and different management. The new manager Justin really shows a lot of pride and care in making Porter Westside a clean and safe place to live. Excellent communication and keeping residents up to date with notifications, and takes the time to listen to concerns. He goes beyond just showing up at a desk in the office and is very welcoming and eager to make sure residents are happy. The current staff is amazing, and the maintenance manager Kenny is the best this property has ever had.

Having just moved to Atlanta, I am on the hunt for a new place to stay. I visited the Porter Westside and did a tour with Eugene in the property management office! What a professional!!!! He was very knowledgeable about the property, was patient with me as I had a thousand and one questions and if he didn’t know an answer, he was going to look it up for me. He was very welcoming and friendly. If all of the employees are like he is, I may have found my new home!!!

This complex is very neat and clean, especially the maintenance area. Mr. Antonio is very kind to the residents and does his job very well

I originally applied with the old management company, and the new staff really made my move in smooth from the office to maintenance staff. I can definitely tell the difference in the staff. I am so happy to call Porter my home. I really appreciate the new staff, there is a huge difference already.

Toured with Eugene today and couldn’t be more excited about moving here! Eugene took the time to answer all my questions and also to show me the amenities not just the unit. Finding a reasonable priced place that’s nice AND comes with staff that is friendly(and actually answers their phone) can be a struggle in Atlanta… but that was not the case here. Definitely recommend!

If you are looking for an apartment, make sure you talk to Kimberly. She has been amazing throughout this process and helped me find a nice apartment in a great area for the best price in the area. If you're looking to move to West Midtown, The Porter is the place to be!.

I toured this community a few months ago and decided to revisit as it is getting closer to my move date. I can definitely say I can tell a huge difference with the staff, cleanliness or professionalism within the community. I can’t wait to submit my application and call this my new home.

I recently moved here and love the community! Eugene gave me great customer service and made me feel at home immediately. He even gave me suggestions on places to try in the city! I’m so thankful for the smooth process. It also looks great! Just like the pictures

I visited this place and it is spectacular. There I met Antonio, while I was trying to find my friend's apartment, a very kind and smiling guy and always willing to help when someone needs him, like me. the world should have more people like Antonio!!!

I came to Porter Westside and Michael and Kim assisted me had such an amazing experience. I love my unit they was very informative and very nice I felt like I was at home and immediately applied.

I moved here about 8 months ago and I must say, the new management has been great. They are constantly having fun little resident events, which I love. Today, they had an Easter Egg Hunt and whoever finds the eggs gets a prize! lucky me!!

I can see a huge difference with new management. they are handling things in a timely manner and actually get out a walk the property. I really appreciate this new staff.

Kim was AMAZING!!!! She stayed past business hours just to make sure I was taken care of. Definitely love doing business with her!

I had several questions concerning my recent payment as well as reserved parking. Michael assisted me and I was very pleased with his attentiveness and response to my questions.

I just moved here about 2 months ago ! I am very content with my place. The community manager assistant Mr. Eugene is awesome. Any questions i have I just talk to him ! Very reliable staff 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
