We worked with Cesar to purchase a used car. As a woman who showed up with her husband, I felt respected. Cesar talked to me mostly, which was great, normally people talk to my husband. I spoke with Cesar on the phone and made it clear exactly which car we wanted to look at and that we would be traveling about 2 hours to see it. We showed up at opening on a Friday morning; Cesar has the car ready to go and encouraged us to test drive. We found a few things wrong and a local mechanic found two small things we didn’t notice. The dealership offered to detail the inside of the car but it was so sticky I told them not to. I’d rather do it myself. We chatted with Mickey a bit while waiting for a repair. Mickey was great too! Overall it was our best experience buying a car. My goal was to be gone by 2 and that’s exactly when we pulled off the lot! Thank you!

This is a great place to get a car! Genesis was absolutely amazing! She answered all my questions and was very helpful. She even helped me with returning my rental. Cesar also did a great job of accommodating the terms of my loan to something that I can afford. You can tell that they’re very good people And that they genuinely care about their customers which means a lot when you are buying a car because you want to go to people that will help you and that you can trust. Had a great experience here! Yami and the rest of the folks there were helpful and very pleasant to work with. Folks… you’re buying a used car. Yes, they do their best to look it over and inspect it but it’s still a used car.

Study the carfax. Look at other cars on the market. You can tell a HUGE difference between a one owner car that had every service at a dealership and a 4 owner car that had occasional services at Jiffy Lube. You can see it in the interior. In the engine bay. In the paint condition. You can feel it when you drive it.

I noticed Multi Autos had a number of carfax certified one owner cars on their lot. That told me they were somewhat selective in what cars they offer for sale. I saw on the carfax where they acquired the car I was interested in and then had service done to it. All of their cars have a carfax. Study them.

It’s still a gamble buying used but I felt they put more care into their inventory than other used car lots. I went to one lot and all of their cars looked old and worn out but each had a gallon of Armor All on them to make them shiny. Look past the Armor All. Check those panel gaps. Look at those worn out engine mounts. That torn CV boot. The four different brand tires on one car.

I was in the market for a VW GTI. They had a beautiful 1 owner 2011 with a great carfax history. 85k miles. All service records on file. Super clean inside and out. Yami let me take it out on my own for a test drive.

At another lot the salesman rode with me and really only wanted me to take it down the street and drive it back. Probably afraid the dash would light up like a Christmas tree after a mile. Yami said I could take it out for 15-20 minutes on my own. No problem. No pressure. Love that.

I explained my situation of waiting for a check from an insurance company after my car was deemed totaled. She gave me a few solid options with no pressure to pick one.

I needed to finance part of the sale and they were great lining all of that up. It was fast, easy, and I didn’t have to dig for months of paperwork. A bank statement, some references, and adding it to my insurance and I was on the road! I test drove it on a Friday and bought it on Saturday.

I’m loving my GTI! Knock on wood… I found a gem here. Amazing car. Great price. No sales pressure. No upsell pressure of warranties or service packages. Easy paperwork. No hassle. I’d definitely buy from them again!

Genesis was great, I am from out of state and she worked very hard and got me all the information i asked for, she took videos and pictures, responded to all my questions quickly. They were very helpful and accommodating. Great customer service!

My husband and I were unable to purchase here due to our credit, unfortunately but the experience overall was very pleasant. The staff was all very friendly. Genesis took care of us and was very friendly and transparent throughout the whole process. They have great vehicles and reasonable prices, I will definitely be coming back once my husband and I improve our credit!!!
