I loved that I did not have to pay down payment neither mortgage insurance payment. (PMI) Bianca, thank you so much for you patience, communication, information, and effort. All i can say is wow!!! Amazing service. Everyone in this team is a great team player. From the moment I walked into their office to the day we closed on our house. Nidia was really professional and clear on what it would take for us to find a house. Bianca was the realtor assigned to us in helping us look for a house. I cant express how amazing she was!!! Super nice and professional!!! She always worked around my schedule and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Rosa which was our loan officer was super helpful as well. Nidia and her team were awesome. We waited for a year and a half to finally get our home, it was a very stressful situation but Nidia made sure to always communicate with us, she’s was not only our realtor but she also became our friend.
