I had the pleasure of working with Chrystal Hughes during my purchase period. Chrystal made the experience very easy and stress free for me. She was very quick to respond and had answers to all my questions. If she couldn’t answer my question, she would reach out to someone who could and relay the message back. Naturally being a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions/concerns but she was extremely patient during the several months we worked together. Overall beyond pleased with the process and extremely happy with my new home!

Great company to work for! Though most of my work for them was freelance, I am happy to say that I was an absolute pleasure working for them. They have a great office and an incredible amount of recourses at their disposal! If they reach out to you, (for anything) be sure to work with them! They are a good client and a great company to have working relationship with!

When you first become an agent, everything can feel very overwhelming. You endlessly doubt your decisions and you focus so much on small details that sometimes you make obvious mistakes. I mentored under Chrystal and she never let me feel like my mistakes defined who I was as an agent. It was refreshing to be told to make those mistakes and learn from them and to count on the fact that she will be there to catch my errors and help me correct them. She helped build up my confidence to lead my clients through their transaction with a head strong attitude.

With a strong team that constantly has your best interest at heart, it’s hard to look in any other direction. You have the support of your media team constantly there to pump out whatever you need, your showing team who can tag in another agent if you can’t be available during your open house, and your front desk admin who will take calls for you if you are unavailable. It reminds you that you aren’t alone in this deal and you’ve got the support you need to get to the finish line.

Within this market, ETA is refreshing and innovating with the new future of real estate. I’ve greatly enjoyed being a tenant while knowing my options are always open with ETA. Earth to Atlanta has been nothing but spectacular with how they respond and are always willing to renegotiate when the market dances in a different direction. Because that is what they do, they keep themselves informed about the market even during these trying times so their customers can be informed as well and they let you know multiple options when going forward, regardless if you are looking for a home to buy or rent. You will only find friendly faces and great service at Earth to Atlanta like Mel and Chrystal. Plus the owners dog is the most adorable face at their office!

As a contractor in the area we encounter a lot of unfortunate situations between owners and clients. Palmer's team was easy to work with, punctual, and prepared for each situation. G9ve them a call! Great process.

They are always so responsive and kind. Any questions I had they did not hesitate to answer and help!

Will promise the world and deliver on nothing. Non-responsive, will not give you the materials they say they will at the begining. After dropping the price they said they could get by over 15% to allow the house to sell as is was then told again that they could not sell the house unless there list was done even though the contractor used was a family member of the owner. Take your buisness else where and save yourself the frustration.
