Southland Airstream & RV - Atlanta

This being our first RV, we came in with a lot of doubts and questions. At Southland, we not only found the model and price that suited our needs but the staff was incredibly professional and friendly, going the extra mile with us. Their practical advice not only satisfied our doubts but also gave us ideas we hadn't even thought of. Honestly, I thought this process would be as stressful as buying a car, which, for me, is very stressful. However, this experience was entirely gratifying; the staff made us enjoy every step of the process. Ryan Lavin took care of everything from the first step, including financing and very practical advice. Will provided us with stellar training; I can't point out a single oversight, as he covered absolutely everything we needed. Finally, Eric, with whom we signed the documents, was super quick and supportive. I must mention Julio, who helped my husband a lot with translating all the questions and much more. I have never felt so pleased with any purchase made as I have at Southland.

Exemplary experience from the first visit considering a new Airstream to driving one off the lot 10 months later. Our first visit we met Colton and he was a no pressure sales person who walked us through all the elements of an Airstream. As seasoned RV'rs we had questions, Colton was professional and patient. After looking at an International, we settled on a Globetrotter. Ordered it while Colton was on vacation and Karen stepped in and was a joy to work with. Both Colton and Karen were quick to set up a text group keeping us informed along the entire production process to the day it arrived. One thing Southland does is they make your pick up and walkthrough a big deal, because it is! Our walkthrough Tech was Matt and he covered every detail and question we had with a perfect demeanor. Our entire experience was frictionless. Eric in Finance was low key and no high pressure. Nice.

Service? We had a CO Detector malfunction at no fault of Southland. They were quick to send someone out and swap out the device. That is next level attention.
This Airstream is a major investment and part of our retirement plan. Colton, Karen and the entire Team at Southland knew that, championed our dreams and made them real.

My wife and I recently bought our first RV from Southland RV in Norcross Georgia. It was a great experience working with Ryan Laven our salesman, who worked hard for us in getting our Leisure Travel Van order through and was instrumental in shaving some of the waiting time off of our order. They have a wonderful facility and they really made us feel at home and part of the Southland family, especially when we picked up the RV. The whole experience went smooth and seamless through the entire orientation process and finalizzing our sale. I highly recommend Southland RV.

Buying a new trailer from afar— such an amazing experience. Made all the more wonderful by Southland Airstream and RV in Georgia. A quick scan on the Internet led us to them. We knew we wanted a Coachman Apex Nano. Southland offered competitive pricing, an easy to navigate website and a solid business.
From our first contact with sales rep. Hunter Lupoli, all our questions got answered quickly and professionally. He was extremely responsive; no pressure sales. That tone continued through to the final sale, registration, wire transfer, title transfer, walkthrough orientation and pick up. Thanks Dave for making the financials and providing the ownership documents so quickly!
What a great team of folks! EVERYONE was over the top friendly, caring and competent. We traveled from Florida, surviving Atlanta’s heavy traffic, and were greeted as if we were their only customer. The trailer, fully prepped, pristine clean and thoroughly inspected, was waiting for us. Hunter introduced us to Will Neumann who spent a good hour or more, walking us through every aspect of the trailer before then fitting the hitch to our truck.
His boss, Jeremiah Henkle also did the impossible following up on a last minute complication with a solar panel recall issue. We were squeezed on time and he made it work for us
We highly highly recommend Southland RV, Georgia. We purchased a smaller, less expensive trailer and were treated as if we were buying a top of the line Airstream. And best of all, was their genuine invitation to contact them if we run into ANY problem.

Great customer service, my wife and I went in this week for a casual visit. Ryan has been nothing but patient with all our questions and gave us a run down of the brands. We were very happy with the experience and if we move forward with a purchase, I will for sure pick this place for our first RV.

They were super busy this past Saturday but Karen still found time to help us out and answer all of our questions. She was really nice and very informative. Looking forward to buying from here when we make a decision.

I purchased my third RV last week at Southland. I had worked with David my salesman to secure my new Airstream. David is unique in the RV industry. He is honest and trustworthy. He knows his product and doesn’t play the numbers game of hidden costs. Having owned two other higher end RVs and going through the headaches of new equipment, I was basically scared to buy another rv. David and I talked at length how Southland RV handles their pre delivery differently. With a lot trust in David’s word, I picked up our Airstream last week. Oh my word! To say they do things differently is an understatement! David my service advisor (yes you have to be named David to work there!) He not only did my pre delivery inspection but my walkthrough. Incredible experience!!! I am very knowledgeable about RVs but I could not come up with a question to stump him. The parts manager Bobby is like a long lost friend. Super customer service. Kevin in service was constantly checking in to make sure everything was okay. Did I mention the finance team put together an awesome deal for me without any surprises.

Coming from out of state to buy an Airstream was a little nerving, but David and all the staff we interacted with were so helpful, nice and made our first RV purchase easy. Brandon guided us through the orientation process better than I could have hoped for. There’s so many things to know, but how he explained each item was perfect. If/when I need any service on my Airstream I will go out of my way to come to Southland RV.

Being a small business owner I value integrity and competency above all else and I can say that my experiences at Southland ATL was an exhibition in exactly that. Everyone I've interacted with was a complete professional and above table with any topic and straight shooters. Thank you gang!

Recently purchased a Black Series HQ19 from Southland RV. I contacted them a few months ago about an unit that was on order. David our sales rep was great to deal with and we put a deposit down on the unit. It showed up a few weeks later and we received the message that it was in. They had it prepped and ready to go within 2 days to accommodate our schedule as we were driving home thru Atlanta from FL. I then received a email from Ryan the delivery coordinator with all the details for the final walk thru. Even sent a video walk thru to go over first. They got us thru financing and closing within a few minutes. Walk thru was perfect as well. Great experience. I have purchased from other RV dealerships and they were a pain to deal with. Southland takes care of you and is true to their words!

Love these guys they’ve been taking care of me since 2016 when I got my first 19 foot Bambi Airstream. I upgraded to a 2020 flying cloud 24 foot they have done warranty work and installed solar panels and did a fabulous job!!

We had an awesome experience buying our Nucamp 320 S from Southland Airstream & RV. Before I make any purchase, I look at reviews for the product and the company I am purchasing the product from. The reviews for Southland were excellent and our experience confirmed the reviews. We even traveled from South Florida to purchase from Southland. From beginning to end the purchase was seamless. We were given an excellent tour of the trailer and all of its features and then were shown items we might need to begin camping the same day. It was entirely up to us what products we chose. There was no sales pressure. Do not hesitate buying from Southland Airstream & RV.

The experience of buying a travel trailer from Southland RV was outstanding! Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly, articulate and patient with us. That last one was probably most important to us since we're newbies to the RV world! Special shout out to David, Colton, Brian, Cheryl, and Justin- Thanks you guys!

Great support before, during and after the sale. We purchased a newer used camper from Southland. There was an issue with the camper that needed to be resolved (after the sale) and Southland worked with us and the manufacturer to make sure the issue was resolved. Customer service you don't see anymore. We were very happy to purchase a camper from Southland and would certainly recommend them.

The entire buying experience was outstanding. Everyone at Southland was friendly, informative, straight forward, and helpful. Their price beat all other RV dealer prices and our camper was delivered as ordered and when estimated. We've thoroughly enjoyed it since then. We highly recommend Southland.

Had a great sales experience with Coulton and feel like the price was fair. Our Little Guy Max doesn't seem up to the standards which the reputation belies, and we've had it back 2 times for service. First issue was resolved quickly. Second took 5-6 weeks. On the positive side, the GM at Southland RV got involved in the second issue ( a 7 year old refrigerator in a new camper ). He contacted the manufacturer and expedited getting us a new fridge installed.
Overall as good as one could hope for Southland.
A bit put off by Little Guy campers. Hoping we don't have more issues in the future.

Amazing service, attentive staff, walked in a customer, walked out feeling like family! Karen and Orando gave HOME RUN service, beautiful rigs, they had exactly what we wanted. Will definitely be back when we want to do upgrades and eventually come back for a bigger rig! So happy! Couldn't recommend them more

I am an RV newbie. There was so much to consider and learn. Ryan was my salesman and he was VERY patient. I wanted some off grid capabilities and he gave me some really good advice. Will showed me around and oriented me to all the electronics and functions of my Nucamp teardrop. T@B 400. It was the perfect choice for me. I never felt pressured or rushed. I was very happy with my experience there.

Our salesperson Karen was friendly and very knowledgable. The tech gave us an excellent overview of the camper’s features; he was also pleasant and humorous. The dealership quickly resolved a manufacturing defect that we discovered after delivery and our camper now performs flawlessly.
