Firehouse Subs Lilburn

I am fairly new to Firehouse. My coworker recommended it last year and I kept saying I'm going to stop by and check it out. So I finally did and realized I've been depriving myself of that veggie sub deliciousness lol. I don't remember the guy name who initially fixed it but he said you're going to love it. I was hooked at first bite. Went back like 3 days later and that young lady made it just as nice and I've been several more times. Fast forward to this week our staff party was the 17th and Firehouse was voted to cater for it. We were not disappointed. Thank you Bryana and the young lady who assisted her with our order. Everything was AMAZING from the fresh and delicious food to the names on each box/cups and condiments that were asked for and not to mentioned they had it ready promptly for the time we needed it. We truly appreciate it and I will definitely recommend and be returning soon.

The store was very clean and organized.
Reasonably price and food.

Not much to say. Good chain for hot subs and this location hasn't failed me yet on the service nor sub front.

Ms. Jackson & her staff are efficient, professional, helpful, and friendly! food is great and the service is excellent on a consistent basis and I highly appreciate that. Best location!

The sandwich makes you full. Worth the wait. Dinner tbh.

My order was difficult today and I knew of hand they were going to mess it up. But they redid it and I was happy. Who ever the owner of this location should be Proud. And I am from St. Pete Florida. We alway go to Firehouse fore the last 15yrs. U have an Awesome team.

The only reason I eat there is because of Dee and Bryana. They are the best all around staff I have ever seen in any firehouse. Definitely a must stop if you want good service and better food.

Something was left off the order I placed on line. I called the store and they apologized. It took me around 30 minutes to get back to pick it up. BOTH employees that were working when I originally picked up my order, were finished with their shift, but had waited until I returned to apologize. They met me at the door and were genuinely apologetic. I walked back to my car and saw them go to their cars to leave. Rather than being upset that I had to come back, they made me feel special and like they cared about my business.

Good subs, very friendly staff. Not cheap. I really like the Italian sub.

*****Update (1/10/19): Giving 5 stars now because this is my first trip back to them after my review. I was reluctant to come back but decided to give them another chance because I did love coming here before that day....I thought everybody has bad days. The manager Apollo was already informed of my review and even gave me a free meal and apologized for everything. It's good to know they are actually informed of problems and also willing to make up for that. I'm happy to say my current meal is up to par and taste delicious! I'll continue coming to this location! :)))

Usually have a great experience. But it's new people here and I'm not sure they are capable of serving food if they thought this was okay to give someone. I never have to check my bag, everything normally tastes delicious. But after a long day of work, I go to my favorite restaurant and this is what I got! Now you know you shouldve just made another sandwich. I'm sure whoever made this wouldn't eat it themselves. Waste of my money.

Came to this particular location after a nearby hair appointment and it was worth it the young men & manager on duty were amazing and very nice even though they had a substantial amount of people waiting for food but nobody minded as we were all enjoying the tv playoffs and just talking to each other

My first time here & was a fantastic experience! Staff were great, absolutely in love w/ the decor!! Got a #7 steak & cheese sandwich w/ onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, mayo - best! Also got a #10 brisket sandwich -good. Best lunch in a long time! Highly recommend! 💯👍😆

Today, I brought my twins in for their birthday subs and the young lady who helped us was so polite, accurate with our order and even threw in a surprise for their birthday! Wonderful service is hard to find but we found it today! Thank you!

Really cool environment. Love how clean the place is and the decorations definitely add a sense of authenticity to the whole "Founded by Firefighters" theme. I love their quick and pleasant service and although I always order the same thing always I'm sure their other options are equally as delicious lol

My first time ever trying Firehouse and it was delicious! Im addicted to the cherry lime drink, make sure you try it. You'll be addicted too Lol!
