I recently was in the market to find a quality gold chain at a reasonable price. I looked at many jewelry stores and chains before I was so lucky to find this place. The ladies that worked there were extremely nice (spoke English and Spanish) in assisting me to pick out a beautiful tri-color Italian gold necklace at a Very fair price! I was so in love with the chain and overall experience I returned just 2 days later to purchase another to compliment the first. I also had them engrave initials into a gold ring I previously owned and out of pure kindness they gave one of my gold bracelets a complimentary cleaning. Love this place and HIGHLY recommend!

My experience at Jazmin was great. The quality of service was above and beyond what is expected. I arrived at Jazmin with a gold chain that was longer than I wanted. I wanted it cut and the clips placed to fit the new length. Not only were they able to do that in a timely manner (I got my chain back within 15-20 minutes), but when I got it back they had cleaned it leaving the gold looking shiny and new, and the extra piece of my necklace was also given back in a small plastic bag.

Though I didn’t go to Jazmin Jewelry to buy anything I was extremely tempted by their extensive gold collection. They had bracelets, necklaces, and rings of all different kinds.

The customer service was also amazing. The women working there were friendly and patient. I appreciated their level of communication and knowledge. I would definitely recommend for anyone who either needs work done on their jewelry or wants to buy a new piece.

When you walk in you immediately feel welcomed. You are greeted with a genuine smile and pleasant demeanor. The shop is ascetically pleasing. For a brief moment it seems like you are shopping at an upscale shop in somewhere in Buckhead. I have had some jewelry repaired and some watch's batteries replaced. The repairs to my jewelry resulted in pieces that look better than when purchased new. No matter who waits on you. The service is outstanding!!!!! The prices are very, very reasonable. Since discovering this hidden gem, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Please tell your family, friends and co-workers. I told mine!

I bought my Wedding bands here many years ago and I am glad to see they are still in business. They sell good quality items and at fair market price. I also purchased gold name bracelets for my daughters when they were babies. They do excellent work. Recently, I was looking for earrings for my daughter and where to get piercing done and they did a great job. Please support local Hispanic businesses with excellent services like this one.

Went to a Snellville jewelry store today which I had always used to have my watch battery replaced. This time I was told that the screws holding the back of the watch were all stripped and because they were so small, they couldn’t fix it and it needed to be taken to a watch maker. (This is the only place I have ever taken the watch since receiving it as a gift from my son a number of years ago. They never admitted they could have inflicted the damage.) After googling, I called Jazmin Jewelry in Lilburn because of their good reviews and explained what the situation was and asked if they were a watch maker. The very polite and helpful women who answered the phone said they were not but I could bring in the watch and they would be glad to look at it and if they could not repair, they would try to help me find someone who could do the repair. I brought in the watch and they confirmed 3 out of 4 screws had been stripped and showed me where the back of the watch was scratched probably from a forcible tightening of the screws at some point. I gave them permission to see what they could do. They said they could close the back of the watch with the one good screw left which would hold. I asked that the battery be replaced then and after they closed it, tape was applied to be sure I didn’t lose the back. They gave me the name and number of a watchmaker to try to have the full repair made and said if they couldn’t, they would contact the maker of the watch for me to see if they had a remedy or solution they could do. They went beyond what I expected. Their customer service is exceptional. Tomorrow I will take it to the watchmaker they recommended and hopefully the full repair can be made. A big “Thank You” to the employees of Jazmin Jewelry!!!

This family owned business is amazing and so loving to everyone and treated us like family. My daughter just got her ears pierced and they did an amazing job, they were very quick and made sure my daughter was comfortable through out the whole process!!

When in for a repair on my chain super friendly and they did the work super quick that I thought she went to the back to ask about it and came back with it repaired and clean and while waiting for her I was looking around at all their beautiful jewelry that made me want to spend more very satisfied with this place
