David the Owner and Mike who is the Seniors Claim Mediator were both exceptional from beginning to end! There was a leak in our master bedroom wall that was for sure coming from the roof. After multiple failed attempts from other companies at resolving our issue Mike came in found where the leak was coming from and did a temporary fix till we could get an entire roof replacement. Also, gutted the wall where the leak occurred to treat for any mold issues. During roof replacement a crew was also here to repaint our window shutters that compliment the roof shingles. They did everything we asked for and more. They handled all paperwork to file the claim with insurance company. When these guys leave you can't even tell they were there. They take great pride in making sure your property is thoroughly clean. David and Mike personally come and inspect all aspects of their crews work and makes sure your satisfied before you make your final payment. I would highly recommend D1 Construction for any roofing work in the future.

We realized in the last rain, our roof had a leak. I called D-one and David was able to come out within hours, diagnosed the issues, and was even able to fix it then and there. He gave us accurate and important information on how to keep our roof in its best condition and recommendations on any future action. He was honest, efficient, on time, and communicated well. David and his crews were great! We had them roof our house and make repairs to our front porch stairs and railing. They also repaired some stucco damage and repainted. David worked with our insurance company too. We always knew when they would arrive (good communication) and they cleaned up when they were finished. We will surely use them again!

D-One Construction was great. David and Mike were honest and talented in their trade. David came out and inspected our roof after an old satellite dish ripped off part of our roof. David evaluated the work needed to be done, quoted us accurately and affordably and he and his crew repaired and patched our roof. The job was a two part job, due to the location the of the damage and height of our roof, but David was transparent in when he and team would be back. Highly recommend D-One construction services.

After having an accident in my home a friend recommended D-One Construction Services. Immediately upon being advised of the situation William and Mike were at my home surveying the area checking for structural damage and securing the premises. Within a few days we were communicating with the Insurance Adjuster and putting together a scope of work to repair my home. David and his team did not disappoint. I found them to be dependable as well as capable of returning my home to its original status. They did an excellent high quality job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing the services of a constructor.

David and his team have done a couple of projects for us. They redid our roof, repaired our gutters, replaced wood, and built us a hot tub deck and pergola. For each product the end design was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. He gave us a timeline and stuck to it. The project pricing was very competitive. We will use D1 for future projects. D-1 Construction did a great job at our Condo Complex. The pricing was very competitive and the quality of work was excellent. Look no further. Hire this company. But if you're curious why......read on. I think for a re-roofing of a 5000 square foot home one should get 3 bids,. I did. However, knowing what I know now, I can say D-1 is all you need. How do you improve on perfection? But here's my story: My original shingles were 28 years old, they didn't owe me a thing, It was time. My first bid came from a person I had seen do a neighbor's home. He has a 5.0 rating and I was almost certain he was my guy. Second bid came from a nearby company with 20 years experience and a 5.0 rating, too. The third bid was D-1. Now I knew the first two guys were selling GAF. I had heard the name and didn't think any further. So I figured I better call D-1 prior to our appt. to ask which brand they installed. It is Owens Corning and at that point I was actually disappointed to hear that and almost cancelled my appointment, but it lead me to do a YouTube search on Single Quality. Why I hadn't done this first is still a mystery to me! So what did I discover? OC is consistently ranked in the top 3, while GAF is no where to be found. Do your own due diligence and look for the YT vids by a guy with a Russian name. The OC Duration shingle is so superior. You will quickly understand the importance of the nailing strip, the embedded granules and all the supporting OC materials. But shingles are just the beginning. The D-1 install crew was meticulous, thorough, and happy. Odd to note happy, right.? Well, if you saw my roof you'd understand. Most of it is 12-12 and the Victorian style turret is 22-12. As the lead installer guy said, in one word as he strained his neck to look up, STEEP! Another qualifier for me was working with an owner and not just some sales guy. Years in business was another. David Ouimette (CEO) was on the job site every day and his 9-10 years of experience is evident by the number of satisfied customers. Important to know: there was extra care needed on the cricket and chimney flashing. It's a work of art now. This, and multiple installation particulars, were all explained to me (I ask lots of questions) with complete transparency and patience. In summary: I found a reputable company, with a seasoned installation crew, run by a guy that is completely dedicated to excellence, installing the best product available. Was I wiling and happy to pay a premium for premium customer service and product? Sure! But I didn't have to. David's bid was also the LOWEST of the 3. You can go back to my the first line now. Sweet Dreams!

Amazing. Showed up when they said, polite and very knowledgeable, found my roofing problem, gave me several options with prices and pros and cons of each, then made the repair we agreed upon. Next rain, no leak. I’ll will call D1 first, but hope there is no need to ;)

David and his crew did an amazing job painting our home and putting in new granite. Very pleased with the work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing painting or any work done on their home.
