Drainage canal needs to be dug out/ cleaned out to allow for water flow out. Trees were cleared quickly. Thank you

have been trying since flood of 2016 to get help with drainage behind my home and due to a landowner behind me who claims he owns that property (the servitude). he will not let them back there

Called them to get them to come clear out ditch before storm and basically they told me it would be after the storm. Wow very concerned company. I'm sure if it was there street they would make sure it was clean.
