Robert Wallace: Allstate Insurance

Rob Wallace's Agency is a good place to go to for great customer service! I was having problems with getting insurance on a home in another state and he persevered and found a great rate. This agency is also my agent for my car insurance as well, and was helpful with that also. It's nice having someone locally that you can see in person or call if the need arises. I definitely recommend them if you need home or auto insurance.

Mr Wallace is super guy, excellent, its nice when you feel like a friend or family member while paying for a service need. So thankful they are my agent

Never pressures the customer to select his recommendations, but instead outlines the choices and allows customers to choose whatever is most appealing to them. My husband and I have been customers of Robert Wallace Allstate for many many years. Rob has always gone above and beyond for us- From showing up to help us put up a tarp once when a tree took off part of the flashing on our roof to taking care of submitting an accident when Daryl was in the hospital. We have never been disappointed that we have the premium insurance package with deductible rewards. Should I say over the years we have been accident prone? Allstate has ALWAYS taken care of our needs, ie... total loss, representation in a suit against Daryl, questions regarding medical reimbursements, etc. I can’t say enough about our Insurance choice! I can also say that (years ago) after several years with Robert Wallace Allstate our rates seemed especially high so Kim re-shopped our policy and got our premiums lowered. We have had teenagers and have always been able to email/call in and drop or add vehicles, campers, golf carts etc. Always easy! Have been propositioned for switch companies but we know who has our back!

They're always available day or night. I've always been able to reach someone when I needed to make a claim. I can call them and email them my info and they quickly respond with whatever I need.
