I always enjoy going here! Most of the time it's clean and it's very easy to find every single item. If there is an item that I'm unsure about the staff has always been very friendly and helpful to me.

I refuse to get the app for the store because I prefer human contact. I appreciate their hard work and effort to making our shopping experience the best experience in Waycross.

Update: Bag boy didn't comprehend that I ain't want him touching my food because I was training my 13 year old son to help his mother. The bag boy was rude, it made no sense.

I am requesting you please build a Kroger store in Monticello Fl with pharmacy and a fifth third bank like all your Ohio stores we had a Winn Dixie hear and Aldiss bought them out and the only pharmacy we have now is cvs need I say more I have always loved your stores in Georgia and Ohio please please consider bringing your stores to Fl Thank you Debora Cochran

This Kroger is the best . Anytime I need something , and they don’t have it in the store. They order it for me . And then they follow up with a courtesy call when my merchandise comes in. It’s so nice to know if I need a lot of one thing , all I have to do is call them and it gets ordered. Means so much to have a customer oriented grocery store where the managers really take pride in their store and their customer service . Thank you so much Kroger !

Nice clean store but super expensive

Very clean and popular with the people. Very wide isles. Great variety of products. Courteous and professional support staff that can provide much help. They speak with you and ask if you need assistance. The only thing I would recommend is to have better service for the disabled. Many of the carts have not been fully charged and will fail in the midst of shopping. Will return again soon.

I went in today and RACHEL was the best she went out her way to check the back and got what I needed,10 stars for her. I just moved here and everyone I asked for help stop and help me even showed me to the products. I wish I could remember everyone ones name. I do remember Faith Susanne Jarrell. Want to thank all of you for Always going above and beyond.

Easy in and out, handicap carts available and fully charged. Great prices and fresh produce.

I stopped to get some gas today at this Kroger in Waycross Ga. And the Fuel employee gave me a Kroger discount. My gas was $2.94 or $2.95 I believe. I enjoyed paying this cost for every penny helps. 12/13/2021

I got my items I wanted and found some other items on sale and got them for my mom. Clean store and nice staff.

Once again, I feel like I'm repeating myself, but here goes. My first experience with Kroger was about 30 years ago. It was a very pleasurable experience, I was thrilled to have access to a reliable, reasonably-priced grocery store, and I was shocked when it closed. The manager had become a personal friend of mine and he was an excellent manager. When he transferred away, the store changed and somehow fell apart. I've moved, too, and I am SO happy to have another Kroger nearby. There are closer grocery stores, but everything about Kroger draws me to it. The store is clean, well laid out, easy to negotiate, well-managed, and most often well-stocked. Best of all, the price of the groceries is competitive if not better than the "competition ". And the fuel points are a big plus for me. Kroger doesn't know I exist. They probably couldn't care less and would never miss me if I never returned, but I like Kroger, I would miss them if they left town, it is where I intend to buy my groceries even if I never get a word of thanks from them.

This a great place to buy groceries. You don't seem to have to wait in line as long as you do in other grocery stores. They also have great sales. The staff is usually very friendly and extremely helpful, especially the man in charge of the frozen food section. He will stop what he's doing to offer to help you find an item. It's a great place to shop !!!

Good clean isles and we'll organized. Large selection and friendly staff. First time at Kroger's and realize a need to have Kroger's shopper's card for the large discounts available. Will shop there again.

As usual we had a good experience at Kroger. We enjoy the fuel points (saved .40 per gallon on gas) and the people are mixed nice and rude. You got to go a few times to find the nice ones but they're employees have improved a lot in the last 2 years.

Jody at the gas station is always friendly and Adrean at star bucks always make my drink right and is friendly as well. 5 starts overall.
