I had been sick for a little too long for it to be okay anymore. I went to be seen in the ER and recieved excellent care from my care team Stephanie, Sherri, Melanie, Tina C., and Cyndee in the ER. I'm thankful they were so thorough and kind to me.

Hospital experience from ER to hospital stay to post care was amazing. All the staff is caring especially in dietary. My favorite time of the day was visits from dietary. The people who work there are so caring and always smiling. It’s the same all around staff are hospitable. Nursing staff will take time to teach you about what’s going with you. Even post care I had to get an ultrasound and had an amazing experience. I came out with more understanding than I went in. Patient teaching seems like a priority to help you understand what is going on with your body. I love my Memorial Satilla experience and am happy to receive the care I have gotten so far.

So I had a hysterectomy on Monday 04/17/2023. Dr Borders my Obgyn was amazing and removed my uterus and cervix and took care of the scar tissue that grew into my bladder. After surgery I had to go to the labor and delivery floor. My nurses who took care of me Lindsey, Nancy, and Madison, Adrienne took very good care of me and were amazing in my care. I’m very pleased with my doctor and nurses. They made sure to control my pain and help me through my healing process. I recommend to see Dr Borders and if you have surgery you will love the nurses on the labor and delivery floor and how they will treat you and how professional and caring they are. If any of my nurses see this or if you see this Dr Borders thank you so much. I’m so grateful for y’all.

Very good experience! All employees at check-in were very professional and kind.
I was seen in a timely manner at check-in and at my appointment time in the imaging department. Technician was very personable, professional, thoughtful & sweet to make sure i was as comfortable as i could be for the mammogram.

I had outpatient surgery on Friday 01/28/2023. Everyone was so great. I am very grateful for everyone who was involved in my experience. I could not had asked for better care. They all showed professionalism. One thing I noticed was that everyone was smiling. This was great to see. This area should be so proud to have a hospital that cares for its patients.

ER visit was excellent. Check in and Triage was quick and courteous. However I was lucky as I guess my kidney stone times it's arrival right because there was only a few people there when I arrived and I was in and out. They got my pain level to a tolerance very quickly. The Dr made sure she kept me informed and the nurses were awesome as well.

One of the best ER's we have ever been too! Hospital is older and looks a bit sketchy from the outside, but the staff here, even though extremely busy took the time to make us feel welcome, listened to my inputs, and took excellent care of my needs. It was also one of the fastest in and out of the ER experiences I have ever had. Just can't say enough good things about the experience.

I've had some true bad experiences years ago but let me tell you. Over the last few years especially the last 6 months, we've seen MAJOR POSITIVE CHANGES! Our experiences these last 6 months have been life saving & life changing! From the ER to the ICU & PCU we have received the most immediate aggressive life saving care. In their tests & treatment of severe pneumonia they found 5 blockages in the heart. He would have died from the lung damage alone. Even with the lung repairs he would have remained a walking time bomb. Their diligence in care found & resolved issues that saved his life. As I came & went, the waiting room that was full for hours with people waiting before. Now I saw new faces everytime I walked back in showing me a better system while providing better care. As someone who wasn't happy with previous care I have to admit & applaud them for the best care we've EVER received! Thank you for improving to make differences in our lives! I hope others will see the AMAZING hospital you've become.

We had a very positive experience! They got us in quickly, we barely had to wait at all, and within a very short time we were out the door. The doctor came and answered our questions and was very thorough. Overall (despite the day we showed up and were told we’d been rescheduled without notice) everything went smoothly and quickly. I felt as if the doctor and nurses were very competent and polite, and actually cared. That was a pleasant surprise.

I received excellent care when I had outpatient surgery. The staff were very friendly, supportive, caring and professional. It was a nice change since the last time I had services at the hospital.

As terrifying as going to the emergency room is, I can not complain at all! When woman’s health and pain is being ignored I can honestly say that is not the case here!! I was taken care of in my time of need and if I ever have another medical emergency I will come back!! I’ve been to different emergency rooms over the years of being a mom and honestly none of those experiences were anything like when I was seen here! My nurses were amazing Porsche was the best and the other lady who was working with her who’s name I can not remember we’re the absolute best!! I can not thank everyone here enough, from the moment I walked into the ER doors to the time I left I was treated with respect and dignity and my pain wasn’t just pushed aside and I wasn’t told “it can’t be that bad” again as a woman it is super nice to be taken seriously in a vulnerable moment. Again thank you to everyone I seen that day!!

I recently had surgery on my shoulder at Memorial Satilla Health. From the moment I walked into the building the staff was extremely friendly and made my outpatient procedure pleasant. I was very pleased how well they treated my wife keeping her informed every step of the way. She had surgery since that time at another facility and her care and the ability to keep me informed went seriously lacking.

My Mom had surgery and it was very satisfying to see the nurses and Dr taking care of my mom. She even got a blueberry muffin and coffee (her favorite) after her surgery. We are very pleased with the hospital service and staff.

I had surgery on a broken bone in my leg. Everyone was professional and friendly, from financial to recovery. The only thing I didn't like was that they wanted me to make a payment before they filed my insurance or did the work. But I'm sure that wasn't the fault of the lady who asked. She was doing her job as required.
As you well know, medical care is ridiculously overpriced because of frivolous lawsuits and indigent care. But my experience at the facility was as pleasant as surgery could possibly be.

Nurses were Angels as the Doctors tracked down my intense bowel pain.

The staff needs to coordinate when they check vitals and when they give medicine. Don't wake your patient 20 minutes after the medication has put them to sleep...to check their vitals.

Thank you for excellent work!

The nurse when I first got to my room, was not so great, didn't help me get up or go to bathroom...and that was right after surgery. But when shift changed....it was a very great experience. Even the preop nurses were great in getting me prepped for surgery. I had the best experience as one can being in the hospital. Very kind and courteous staff!!!

I met some of the most awesome people during my hospital stay! Everyone I came in contact with was very professional yet seemed as if I had known them all my life ! I can’t begin to name all but Dr Gonzalez, Harley, Samantha (Sam) and sooo many others. I’m grateful for everyone that was involved with my recovering process!
Thanks to all

Easy to park, fast, friendly, professorial help at check in and during procedure. Building interior looked and smelled clean.
UPDATE: Went in for x-rays last week, just called and asked for a copy and was told I can go in today and pick them up! Fast, friendly service. Everything still very positive.
UPDATE: Went in for mammogram and everything was as nice as I mentioned above.

I finally got the courage to schedule my first mammogram. I was nervous even though I knew this would be a routine visit and I shouldn’t be scared. Angela was the technician and she was wonderful. She walked me through everything I would experience and made me feel very comfortable. She took her time with me, explained each step, and was very kind through the process. She made me feel proud to be there knowing as a woman how important it was to have this done. I will never be scared again and will now make sure I continue my check ups. Thank you for making my experience so easy.
