Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We did a family dinner here and staff were very patient with us as we ordered for 3 families. They had a long drive thru line, but handled it like champs and got the line moving very fast without sacrificing attention on diners in the restaurant.

The meal that I chosen was pretty good but I noticed that my burger wasn't made right but they did correct it. But it would be cool if they come up with a dipping sauce for there onion rings.

Darn good burger, chicken strips, fries and onion rings. My wife's salad was garden-fresh. Personal, friendly service.

The milkshakes are so good! It's quick service and friendly great food 😋

We are a family of 7 so when we go out to eat service means a lot! DQ has always been on point for us! The food is hot, they always mark our bags so we know we got it all and if on occasion they miss a milk shake flavor, they replace it and ask if we would like the wrong one on the house. Love me some DQ in Waycross ❤ Price is reasonable, phenomenal service, great atmosphere, what more do I need 😀

All the staff here is so friendly! They were absolutely busy with a full parking lot and drive thru line out to the road ehich was moving fast. We sat inside, everything was clean and the food was good.

4 of us from out of town went for some ice cream tonight and the service was great. We were even talking amongst ourselves about the table needing to be wiped and were looking to kae care if it ourselves. and Cliff came overand apologized and wiped the table. They were very busy and he still noticed what was needed. The girls in the back preparing all the desserts were working their buts off but were still getting them out timely. Cliff even acknowledged us leaving saying thanks and goodbye.

This place cares a lot about the way they handle your food. They care a lot about doordashers as well. I love how management communicates with his team . Service is only slow when the business is busy which is expected. Other than that this is a great establishment to grab a tasty bite to eat Cold or hot.

When I visit I get the same things so it's always very hot and fresh. The fish sandwich is awesome but beware it very hot and I don't mean spicy. I drank strawberry malt's as far back as I can remember and for me that's a very long time ago. DQ is always worth it fresh and good as always. Stop in and get yourself some of the goodness. Very clean and handicap accessible even the restrooms are clean. Enjoy the goodtimes because you will have a good time.

The DQ staff went above and beyond today especially Cliff. I have a niece who has dairy and a beef allergies. They understood how important this was. The kitchen staff changed gloves and handled her food and ours with care. Definitely will be going back often...

Love! Love! I visited this DQ today with my family! We only ordered Blizzards but they were so so good! I have visited many DQ’s but this is my favorite by far! The workers were so kind and my Blizzard was the best Blizzard I have ever eaten! Definitely will be back when I visit GA again!

PS they are understaffed so, please be patient!

Dairy Queen is always a great way place to get some ice cream and hang out with your BFF. This location had great service and the ice cream hit the spot!
