THE STORE ITSELF IS OK..Good selection of hair products! THE PROBLEM WITH THIS PARTICULAR STORE IS THE EMPLOYEES THEY TEND TO HIRE, THAT HAS NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT HAIR NOR THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE BEING SOLD IN THE STORE. THEIR ATTITUDES ARE RIDICULOUS...YES RIDICULOUS! THEY HATE HELPING CUSTOMERS..I ASSUME THEY DON’T WANNA BE THERE. NO GREETING WHEN YOU WALK THROUGH THE DOOR..NO THANK YOU COME AGAIN AFTER PURCHASE. THE DRESS CODE..OMG SMH YOU CAN’T TELL THE WORKERS FROM THE CUSTOMERS. THEY DRESS LIKE THEY’RE CLUBBING..SERIOUSLY SHORT CROP TOPS, LEGGINGS/SHORT BOOTY SHORTS & SANDALS..Wow Very Professional.

Poor customer service! Almost everytime you go to the store the open sign on but doors looked. Then you have employees fussing with customers on social media and telling them to go to other hair stores. Definitely need some PROFESSIONAL workers! Who is the owner?
