The food came as ordered and came really hot so I really enjoyed that ! The customer service seemed to be lacking a little bit and the people seem to not care about the needs of customers but it could of been because they are short staffed. The environment seems amazing though and connected to the gas station is a definite perk!

Has been 10 years since I visited this particular store.
Everything has been updated and is a great place to eat

This last time I went was very good, food was fresh & made the way it was supposed to me made. I haven't been to this one in over a year bcuz the food & service was horrible! I'm glad they got new personnel

Burgers and fries were hot and served fast.

This one is halfway between my town and Savannah. I always try to time arriving there at lunchtime. Traditional great little burgers. And sometimes surprises ... like Lobster Rolls in 2021. Just had their burgers right before Christmas this year.

Service use to be terrible. You would have to spend at least an hour in the drive thur to get your food and they use to always be out of something. The service has been top notch the past two visits.

Food was good, the service was kinda slow as I don't think they have many working here. The cashier at the window was very friendly and well mannered. He kept coming back to the window and giving us updates on our food.

Gas and coffee seem to go together in a weird sort of way. That's a stop that has mostly everything you need to start or end your day. Fast and clean in and out. Almost always bumping into someone you know and everyone is always in a rush. Nice place and fresh donuts. Wheelchair accessible public restrooms and if you can't find a drink you like you probably didn't look hard enough.

Krystal's own slogan, same recipe and taste, fluffy bread, beef patty, just the right amount of condiments, a few pickles... Uhm, UHM! Very good!

I chose the classic Krystal burgers, very tasty and freshly cooked!

The food’s always good, however, they’re currently short-staffed. The staff was still very nice, and considerate! Apologetic because of the longer wait times, but very professional nonetheless. They’re also hiring, as currently as this review is posted.

Way to go KRYSTAL! Krystal burgers are as good as I remember. Hot and fresh! Do have to wait in line a while if you order a 24 pack but they are hot! Service is friendly. Two thumbs up 👍👍!

Had the all you can eat. Krystal burgers and fries Everything was hot and fresh made burgers were more than presentable cook on shift was named Brett he did great, they looked just like the commercials! Staff was so nice and polite. I would recommend! 5 STARS DEFINITELY

I love my krystal burgers. The late night service is always great. Their unsweet tea is awesome. I have never had a problem with my order being wrong or food being cold. I am a regular loyal customer.

I'm am very very pleased!! I just bought the eggnog shake and I swear, it is literally the best shake I have ever gotten in my life!! Such an amazing team of people. Thank you all!!
