Process of renting online was simple. We had to change from a 5 x 10 to a 10 x 10 and the call for support was extremely easy. Staff was understanding and the process took maybe 5 minutes to complete.

Quick and easy process. Very courteous and helpful staff. Easy to get a human on the phone, which is always a plus these days. Units are clean and easily accessible.

Unit was found clean and the grounds were clean as well. The process of renting was quite simple and done through their online web page.
There is a small application fee charged on new units; however, the rental cost for the first two months were reduced. I appreciate their fast response to my rental needs. Thanks Clarence!

.. they are human!! Meaning, they understand life is crazy at times and without them, I think my life would be in way way worse shape. Understanding and willing to help is definitely two amazing qualities to look for ina company., Especially when they hold you're life in their units..
And seriously they've got pretty decent fees.

Top storage Walker, la have been by far the best storage I used. My things are safe an secure! It's clean and the property have cameras on every inch of the property. Calling in to customer service give you a sense of security also, they are very professional and listen to EVERYTHING!
