Very Clean, Easy Parking And Handicap Accessible, C B Pennington Jr YMCA Has Programs For All Age Groups Including Senior Citizens. The Staff Members Are All Very Friendly, Helpful, Knowledgeable And Professional. Last Year When Several Schools Closed Without Any Advanced Notice To The Parents And Guardians, This Particular YAMC Stepped Up And Accepted The School Children. Especially The Lower Elementary And Middle School Children. Also This YMCA Had Staff On Hand To Provide Age Appropriate Activities For These Children. Therefore A Lot Of Parents And Guardians Were Able To Go To Their Jobs And Work Their Schedule Shifts. I Would Definitely Rate This YMCA 10/10. "Definitely A Great Asset To The Community Especially In A Time Of Need".

I’ve been dealing With CB Pennington YMCA for almost 10’ years more so with the sports program. Brittany is always ready any of my questions whenever they come up. She’s very personable and remains calm in any situation. The sports department is definitely better because of her.

C. B Pennington is a great YMCA with amazing programs for the kids! Great customer service and an amazing staff led by Ms. Brittany Flowers. She is a dedicated, hard-working leader that gives nothing but the best. She is a great representation of what C.B Pennington represents and what all YMCAs should strive to employ.

The cardio line dancing class every Tuesday and Thursday at 11:30 is the best. Cordia is an excellent instructor. If you are struggling with getting the steps, she will dance next to you so you can get it. Love the class!

I love the Cardio Line Dance Class at Pennington. A lot of Seniors attend this class. It benefits the body and mind; improves flexibility and increases energy. Cordia is a great instructor; she is patient, kind and fun. Come and join the fun!

C.B. Pennington has the most family friendly and engaging staff of the capital area. I love being a part of something that’s so much more than just another gym.

Love this YMCA location! All of the group exercise instructors are so kind and will take time to explain things when needed. Amelia at front desk is always welcoming and kind to members. Also, the facility is always very clean.

I love my YMCA CB Pennington location. Great professionals, friendly staff and an awesome instructor/trainer in Lisa. I take several of her classes every week and feel great. She has worked with me in the gym as well with a regimen for upper and lower body. She is the best in the business.
If you want to start off your new year getting healthy and in shape this is the place. A great group of people who creates a warm friendly place to socialize and exercise.

I made this gym my home gym even though it's all the way across town. It's very low population so there's plenty of machines opened for our usage. The ladies involved in the child care are always very kind, courteous, vivacious and we appreciate them watching our 4-month infant son while we catch a good workout. We love the other locations but they're just so busy during the rush hours it's hard to get the machine that we want. If for some reason the CB Pennington location is closed we might just withdrawal our membership. Thank you CB Pennington employees. Thank you all YMC employees for maintaining such a cleanly positive environment.

Pool is safe and facility is clean with friendly helpful staff! Great place for my family and to spend quality 58me together!

Fantastic experience!!! Very affordable with several great locations in EBR Parish.
Swim instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Having certified lifeguards on duty during swim lessons and open swim gives me and my family additional peace of mind. So many diffrent programs to choose from! My kids ages 5 to 15 enjoy swim team, swim lessons, soccer, basketball, and summer camp.

this is not the usual YMCA that me and my partner goes to, but ours was closed for the weekend, it was a nice atmosphere

Love this YMCA! I have never wanted to join a workout club. When pushed by my husband, I reluctantly agreed with not much hope. Now, I’m addicted to it!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Many different classes from dancing to water arobics. Latest exercise equipment and a indoor running/ walking track. Affordable pricing with no yearly contract. Outdoor pool and an indoor heated pool with hot tub.
