Everytime I go there the double cheese burgers are old and cold... Angel the manager helped me out the next day with 2 double cheese burgers... but they will probably do it again in the future

Always on time with food, hot and ready. The McDonald's app and rewards points are worth it for a quick stop for the kiddos or a meal. and I never have to wait. Walker McDonald's keeps that line rolling!

We ordered medium meals for 6 on a very busy day (LSU/Auburn football game day)
The gal took our order in record time, thought of things we didn't (sauces, a drink holder tray, ect.) She was thoughtful, smart, fast, friendly and very good at giving us excellent service. I thanked her, and she said that made her day because she had recently started working there...
McDonald's should hold on to her because she is exceptionally good!

Server welcome me in with a smile. Service was fast. Food was hot and enjoyable. Will go back to this location.

Everything about this place was so nice. The ordering experience was so great because I used the keyosk to place my order and that went really smoothly, I was able to modify the items right on the keyosk. The staff were busy so it took a little while to get sweet and sour sauce but the guy working front counter was really professional and polite. My food was fresh, prepared how I liked it and tasted wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great fast food experience. When I go to Hammond again I will definitely be going back here.

I have eaten at the biggest and the smallest McDonald's in the nation. I now can say I've eaten at the nicest McDonald's in the nation and it's in Walker Louisiana of all places. Fast, extremely friendly and so nice to be around. Keep up the good work!

I decided to try out the McDonald's app recently to receive points for each order completed. It's been three months since I started and I am extremely satisfied so far. The points earned for each purchase is better than any other food app I've found & the deals keep increasing. I highly recommend the McDonald's app to anyone. One thing I would suggest is the ability to use the points you've earned for an item as well as use a coupon deal for another item on the same order.

Used the online app which gave me points towards free food and all 3 of us enjoyed our fast food meal.

The food was fresh, hot and the fries never have to much salt. Witch I love! The drive-through lady's are awesome and kind..

I've had nothing but great experiences here. This is so far the only mcdonalds that has had great customer service. The customer service at most is atrocious.

Took the grandkids in for a Happy meal. Place was clean, service was excellent.

Glad they were open on Xmas eve.

They have both lanes full, and we still got our order in a minute! We are traveling back home and wanted something fast without adding more time. Great choice. The food was hot and fresh also.

Regular visit Drive-thru service only in Walker which is great for slowing covid-19 spreading. Food was ok bought happy meal for my grandson who never asks for McDonald's or fast food but was excited hes 3 for happy meal toy which he wasn't given a toy and they put apples instead of ggogurt. I had to listen to him cry because he didn't get a toy with Happy Meal, so upset at 3 years old that toys important lol. My poor little man

ordering through the app let's you earn points that can be redeemed for free items. you also regularly receive deals for certain things. I save a few dollars every time I order thru the app.

Thank you for allowing us in so our toddler could use the restroom! And thank you for letting us order at the counter during covid restrictions! Y'all were life savers!!!

Loven it!! Always get the nuggets with fries and honey mustard!! Every since I started going there I met this one manager she is a young pretty sweet lady always smiles order is always right normally works the 2nd window in the morning time!!

One of the best McDonald's in the greater baton rouge area. The service here is fast and very friendly. This is a great McDonald's to come to if you have a RV or bus as they have a huge parking lot with even a picnic area outside if you needed some fresh air. You can also order online through the McDonald's app and have your food brought curbside or through the drive through.
