Chase, Kendall, and Jill are awesome! Wonderful customer service. Went above and beyond to see that my needs were met and all issues resolved beyond satisfactory. Awesome service all around, but these folks are why it's still worth walking into a physical store despite the changing times!

There is a worker there I believe her name is Iesha she is AMAZING Ashe took her time with me told me all my options and gave me the best customer service experience I could ask for highly recommend.

I was a customer with version and had so many problems with them for years. Today at AT&T Megan Trendt was so patient and helpful. We were on hold for over 2 hours with Verizon. She waited and answered all our questions. Definitely go to AT&T and ask for Megan!!!

I was skeptical about shopping at this AT&T because of the reviews but after starting a new line I was pleased with both the customer service and the pricing! Definitely worth the switch from Verizon!
