ALBASHA GREEK & LEBANESE

We stopped there for a quick lunch Saturday morning. We were promptly greeted and seated. The waitress was very polite and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was excellent!! Everything was fresh and hot. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely make a point to stop by for a great meal at very reasonable prices.

During our stay at the nearby RV Park, we decided on lunch at Albasha Greek and Lebanese restaurant. We were seated and greeted upon our arrival. After looking through the menu, my husband decided on the beef kabob plate and I chose the gyro plate — both from the lunch menu. We both had sweet tea. The food was plentiful and delicious, plus our server was exceptional. We took some of our food to go and I ordered a kibbeh, also to go (and also good...although different that I remember from my childhood friend's father making them for us. Maybe there are different recipes?) Thank you for a delightful experience and meal!

Found this just off of I-12 on our road trip last year. We were here last May and again today. Soooo tasty! My family made it a priority eat on our travels today in a way that would ensure we were hungry once we passed here. We had the chicken shawarma and Gyro plate with feta salad, humus, and tzatziki. The humus was silky smooth and very good. Tzatziki was flavorful and easy on the dill—which we liked. Very good food. Clean establishment. Friendly service. Large portions. You can share the gyro plates for sure.

Got the lamb and chicken combo, extra bread and the cheesecake! All were amazing and I have enough for lunch tomorrow. The vibe in the Restaurant is great as well. Excellent experience.

My mother, son and I had dinner this evening at Albasha Greek & Lebanese in Walker. We ordered meat stuffed grape leaves, two chicken shawarma plates with extra hummus instead of rice, two sides of grecian sauce and a side of fries for my son. Everything come out exactly as ordered. The meat stuffed grapes leaves were the best I'd ever had. They were melt in your mouth tender and incredibly flavorful. The chicken shawarma plates were delicious and even my sons fries were fresh and yummy. Our server was great and the restaurant was clean. I'd highly suggest giving this restaurant a try if you haven't done so already.

Side note...the owner of this establishment is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers leave happy and with a fully belly. He is also respected by many members of the community for his selfless efforts to provide free meals to the needy. And I'd like to add, that he does so with a humble heart. This is the kind of establishment I happly support!!! Great food, great people...win win!

One of my favorite places to eat. We eat here almost once a week. Service is always great and the food tastes amazing and fresh. Get the fried cheese!

It was great all the way around. The food was great. My wife and I shared a 2-item kebab plate and we had leftovers.

Come here at least once a year when we come to visit family. Great Lebanese food, some of the most flavorful shawarma I've had. Nice employees. Sun can get a little intense even through the blinds in the evening, though.

You can absolutely call me a regular customer here, they always leave me satisfied. My favorite go-to is the the Chicken Shwarma Penne Pasta. The sun dried tomatoes with the well seasoned chicken is so good! The proportions of chicken here are huge, just excellent. I have ordered from here so many times in the last 6 months, I've lost count. Even on an off-day, the dish is still amazing. I also love the side salad and the chicken kabobs from here. I'm excited to try more!
I've only dined in three times, all other times have been take-out or delivery, but I definitely want to dine in more often. The restaurant has been clean each time and staff are friendly.

The food and service was amazing, the chicken and gyro was cooked to perfection and will definitely try the lamb shank plate next time, my server Charlie answered every question I had

For a Mediterranean food, Albasha is a must visit. Pita Bread,hummus and Baklava (desert) were my favorite. Albasha also offers vegetarian options. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable.

The service is good and the staff are friendly. Always clean and consistent. Food is great. I would recommend this place. Especially if you do not want to have to drive into Baton Rouge to eat somewhere nice.

Restaurant was very clean and the food was great! Our server was attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. Gyro salad is always my go-to meal but their lamb kabobs and chicken shawarma are delicious as well. Never disappointed with Albasha!

I really enjoyed the food, the service and the atmosphere. The shrimp pasta, salmon plate and chocolate cake are absolutely delicious and you must try them. I'm never disappointed with the food. However this time I wasn't pleased with the falafel. It was extremely salty, I've never had falafel like that. I'm assuming that it was made that way on accident. I will give it another try and hopefully it's better; the way I remembered it.
