North Oaks - Livingston Parish Medical Complex

Absolutely love this place. The doctor we see is very personable and easy to talk to. The front desk staff is always cheerful and helpful, even at “stupid o’clock” in the morning. Every time we’ve been there it’s always been fast with little wait. It’s been one of the best experiences at a doctors office I’ve had in a very long time

Went here for both my girls . Loved it always felt welcome . Answered all my questions when I had any .

It is a good medical facility. Been going there since it opened. Dr's are good staff is friendly.

My PCP Dr. JOSEPH HENEGHAN is a QUACK! Did not prescribe my medication right. (Insulin) When I requested a refill he was too busy to call the pharmacy to have it refilled. This is INSULIN!!!
North Oaks, you need to do the right thing and fire this walking malpractice suit waiting to happen!!!!

So you know how Our Lady of the Lake runs all the ads saying "They listen to you". I always found that odd, because isn't that what doctors are supposed to do?

Welp after going here that ad makes a lot of sense. You'll be met with advanced narcissism.

It’s impossible to get an appointment here since they changed the phone system. I’ve tried calling at different times during the day, but no one answers or checks the messages. Two weeks ago I finally managed to get someone on the phone. She said she’d call me back to schedule my appointment and never did. I was on hold for 30 minutes today trying to get anyone on the phone. It’s incredibly frustrating

No one answers the phone. You stay on hold with extremely loud, obnoxious music that loops with each recorded interruption. Instead, you should call the department you're trying to reach - in Hammond - to get what you need. Doing this was successful for me.

They Never answer the phone, I called twice & hung up after 10 minutes- called back about an hour later - same thing. Finally gave up & left message- now waiting on call back. Guess I should find another doctor.

They don't answer the phone 95% of the time and when they do they have an attitude if you do manage to get an appointment you'll get the same attitude at the door

These people are rude and cruel. I'm going to woman's to have my second child. They are the best.
