The cleaning person Kenny was extremely helpful. We had a moving truck and he even provided a lock to us for no cost. Great human being

Very tired, very late night and needed to sleep for just a few hours till very early in the morning. The front desk had a super nice gentleman, working these late hours he was very friendly and polite. The room was quite clean, very spacious and being able to park our vehicle just steps away from the room was extra convenient. Bedding was very clean, towels and restroom were also in nice shape (restroom was tiny). I would recommend the stay. It's not upscale but it is very comfortable and better than an average room for a great price.

Reception easy and pleasant, witnessed front desk working with a very young couple slightly short on cash to cover regular room charges so they could afford a room for the night. Room I had was very nice for the price, couple of housecleaning issues but overall very clean, especially compared to the average budget hotel nationwide.
Had a nice, clean pool which also had a handicap lift installed which I have not ever seen at any other budget hotel
That had to cost them a pretty penny.
Overall, a very pleasant relaxing surprise, expected much less from past experiences. Will definitely stay again when in this area.

Stayed here for 3 nights, in two different rooms. There was no deposit at this hotel and it is already cheap. Its clean / spacious and The staff was really nice. Had good size beds, refrigerator, microwave, Tv, iron and iron board ( as well as a spot to hang up clothes which was nice). Tubs drain, unlike the past two hotels I've stayed at. The rooms had phones but the only down fall is they didn't work at the time I was there. I would defiantly recommend this hotel !!!!!

Hetal was very nice and knowledgeable on the handicap/wheelchair accessible rooms! Clean room, great place to stay when passing through for a couple days.

Absolutely loved the place!!!! I've stayed there 3 times in the past year and it's my destination 2 more times next year. The staff are amazing! There's one guy who is a bit uptight and over zealous about getting out of the pool earlier than closing time, which was a little annoying. The pool was my favorite place to be and all 4-6 of us spent a great deal of time in it (a couple more umbrellas for the tables would be great and I like the addition of the newer seating!!). The location was walking distance to many restaurants and right near the highway. The rooms were clean and nicely updated. The internet worked great. The breakfast was the same every morning: biscuits and gravy, eggs, muffins, toast, fruit, orange juice, apple juice and coffee. There might have been a few other things... Even though it was the same breakfast choices, it was good and dependable (unlike some other hotels I've been to in the past)!! I recommend this place to others because for the price and what you get - it's perfect!

I had terrible experiences at different hotels throughout the Baton Rouge area but I have to say the family that owns this hotel really puts love into the business of this hotel. They take care of their people here and they make sure you have everything you need. I can't say anything bad about the place. Come here the rooms are very nice and clean and there are people around you are respectful no one's harassing you and they keep up with what's going on throughout the hotel it's great.

When I stay at a motel such as this one, honestly I don't expect much. After all, you know the old saying "you get what you pay for ." I was very pleasantly surprised at this hotel. Yes, it was not a fancy hotel with a ton of fancy amenities. however if you're looking for a nice clean moderately priced hotel that sleeps very comfortably, this is a very good choice. besides a clean and comfortable bed, the two main things I look for in a lower-priced hotel is an air conditioner that works well and a good TV service. they didn't disappoint on either of those areas. they also had in room Wi-Fi Internet that worked very well. the included hot breakfast in the morning left a little to be desired but for what I was paying, I did not complain. if you are staying in the Denham Springs area and need a place to stay, America's best is a very good option ! I highly recommend them

Great value for the price. The room was very modern and comfortable. The bathroom needed a little work but it was no big deal. The person in front was very accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

Last week I stayed here I have a bad kneeAnd need surgery And the staff provided me with a handicap room and a wheelchair for me to get aroundfor the week. Awesome experience this is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Denham Springs thank you for the Awesome experienc. you see you later on today!

I really loved this place.. it was easy to find, right near the interstate. The staff was very friendly and the room was amazing super cozy. It had enough room to fit all 3 of us, very clean. The ONLY complaint I have is the internet was super slow and jankey at sometimes during the evening. Not a bad place to book very reasonable on price too! We stayed a total of 5 nights

Rooms are spacious piss and very clean. I had be stayed here several times and have never had any problems. They also have a great holiday breakfast

Very clean nice rooms . Has 2 beds , free WiFi , iron , hair dryer , pet friendly microwave , & fridge . Nice & friendly employees . $55 a night can't beat that with a stick of butter !

Good place for the price. The people are nice enough and very accommodating. Good food options within walking distance. Also they have semi truck parking, which is a huge bonus.

We love this place!! Me and my husband stay here a lot for work, they'd got a really good hot breakfast, and nice clean rooms. The staff of nice and friendly and there's 2 great restaurants right by!!!

Very very clean and pleasant! Definitely got a steal at $60 for this room. Front desk service was meh, but your not paying for service just a clean room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

The rooms are clean and decent for the price..close to lots of food and convenient stores..easy access to the highway..no breakfast because of the virus...would recommended..wasn't out durning night time so dont know the kind of people that come and go but not a bad place to rest..
