Office Depot

I recently had reduced for lamination some very important documents at the Denham Springs, LA, store. The personnel there produced perfect copies of the front and back of the documents. The documents were reduced in smaller sizes than expected and laminated for the rugged use I anticipate.

I went in to copy some old handwritten recipes. . The assistant Matthew came over and helped me at the copy machine and was helpful and pleasant. He made it an easy experience.

Office Depot is always helpful but today Ghost was extremely helpful and patient with me. A great asset to the denham springs team. You are lucky to have Ghost!

The employees that work in printing are always so helpful and professional. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!

Greg Bennett is a outstanding manager. He takes his time to help you find product that is right for you. He’s very knowledgeable and polite. All the employees in the store seam to have great working relationships and all seam to care about the customers. I would recommend the Denham Springs to anyone that has a business or needs help finding the right product or printing needs.

The sales girl that greeted us was very proactive, offered us help, answered our questions, and most importantly then backed off and gave us space to think over our decision. Perfect balance. We ended up making the purchase and feel comfortable coming back.

The one thing that I didn't enjoy was likely NOT the staff's fault. Though most companies will have policies for dealing with disruptive customers, they are rarely used because head administrations usually get pretty upset about any kind of negative public reviews, so staff learn to just indulge disruptive customers & let them get away with whatever. That is hurting business, at least half of customers are introverts. They're not going to get on here & leave a negative review when they feel uncomfortable at a store because another customer was having a cellphone argument, complete with yelling and swearing on their speakerphone & nobody did anything about it. They just won't go back to the business or will shop elsewhere online. Businesses, please sincerely support your staff, be willing to take a negative review hit from a vengeful customer because they got called out for bad behavior so that the other 98% of your customers can have a pleasant shopping experience.

All staff at this store are friendly, courteous, and professional. Over the years, I have made several orders for the printing and binding department at this Denham Springs location - that's hundreds of books. My orders have always been just as expected with attention to detail.

Every instance that I have had to deal with the associates/staff of Office Depot they have been knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve never had a negative experience with any dealings whether it be in store or online. Keep up the good work.

The manager and team are approachable, that's if they don't get to you first. Great store.

Today was the first time I've had to use office depot in years. The 2 young men that helped me were polite and knowledgeable. I will return if I ever need anything to do with office supplies or printing. One young man was the greeter and the other young man was printing.I wish I would have asked there names because I would have included them in my review.
