Quick to get help with repairs. Great, clean repair job! Chris was professional and sweet...he was confident at his craft and I felt great about having him here working in and out of my home. Chris also gave me important information to prevent my problem from happening again. Front office person Denise, was fantastic as well, kind and sweet, proficient and knowledgeable as well! This company was recommended by my son in law who also was very pleased! Thank you Arch! I have finally found my plumber!!

Love my new faucets installed by Chris! He also noticed the turn-off valves were aged and of concern so he upgraded those in a short time while he was there. I would call Chris and Arch for future service calls. Denise on the appointment phone was also great at answering questions for me! Thank you Arch!

I put in an online service request at 7 am and got a phone call at 7:30 (didn’t open until 8). They said they were booked up but they would try to get to me as soon as possible. I was without water due to a nail hole in a copper pipe. Denice reached out to me via text and requested pics of the problem. She said someone would be there between 9-10 am. Brady came out, diagnosed the problem and had the water turned on in 45 minutes.
I think this service is exceptional and we were extremely happy with the price.

Repeat customer with another excellent experience. Contacted online over the weekend for an appointment - non emergency. Denice called first thing Monday morning to schedule the same day appointment (she actually called and texted an hour before they even opened). Albert was extremely efficient and professional in the installation of a main line valve replacement, a HWH expansion tank and valve replacement, as well as a shower cartridge replacement. Would highly recommend and will continue to use for all plumbing needs, large or small.

We were extremely pleased with the service received! We had an emergency situation arise and they sent someone out to help us the same day even though they were booked. Our plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable! We will definitely use Arch for any future plumbing needs. We highly recommend them!

We had a leak in our basement that was coming from a cracked flange in the toilet above - Chris did an efficient evaluation & repaired quickly. Arch Plumbing came out, same day as my call, and diagnosed the issue with my hot water heater. He went out to the truck and came back in few minutes later with some terrific news. The malfunctioned parts were covered under warranty and he could get the new ones and have installed next day and that's exactly what happened. I was out of hot water for just a little over a day and my cost was only labor. We were very happy they went to the trouble and dealt with the warranty, despite the fact they weren't the ones who sold us and installed! I think this was exemplary and the expertise in which this was serviced was first rate. I would use Arch Plumbing again in a heartbeat!

This is the second time I’ve used arch plumbing. I had a toilet installed a few years ago. This time I had a new water heater installed. Chris came out and did a great job. He answered all questions I had and explained things throughout the whole process. Great having hot water again

I hired Albert from Arch Plumbing to replace two exterior faucets that were frozen and split during the cold snap this last winter.
Albert arrived on time, phoned earlier to let me know he was on the way.
He removed the old faucets, and replaced them with new faucets. His work was excellent and he cleaned up after he was finished. He then checked for leaks just to be sure. I was totally pleased. I plan on having him back to replace a few pipes that show slow leaks and to install a water softener.

Tony with Arch Plumbing reconnected my plumbing and new garbage disposal to the new sink. He was fast and professional at the same time. Work was done on 05/13. Arch Plumbing nailed it!

Had a new sink installed when new counter put in. The counter company recommended Arch who has a nice reconnect offer. Tony came out today and quickly took care of everything and updated our shut off valves for a small additional fee. Super easy to work with, fair and transparent pricing. Definitely will use again!

I have used Arch Plumbing two times. It is easy to make an appointment within a reasonable length of time. The prices are very fair and the quality of work is excellent. I have requested Tony both times. He is on time, professional, and explains the work he did clearly. I have recommended Arch Plumbing to other residents in my condo building.
