I highly recommend Robert Brown and his associate Kyle MacGargle at Horace Mann. Robby Brown has been an excellent agent for the 17 years that I have had the insurance. He went above and beyond by helping me on a Sunday to collect information I needed on Monday morning. Kyle spend a long time on the phone with me explaining some details of the policies so that I could understand them better. It is so nice to work with real people, not a call center.
