I love this Big Lots. Tons of great house decor. Brenna is the best cashier! Always helpful and friendly.

I love shopping at Big Lots and being a rewards member. I always find something here. The store is clean, well organized and friendly, helpful staff. Shout out to Jess and John at Elkton location. Always nice.

The place is normally tidy when compared to other discount stores. It likely speaks to management's paying attention to detail. I will say that frequently browse without actually buying anything... but I have shopped and bought here and recently signed up for their rewards program.

They're becoming one of my favorite places to shop. You never know what you will find. Always stocked with many interesting item

My wife and I bought a mattress set today. Chris, the manager in furniture, was very helpful and courteous. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of during the whole transaction. Thanks Chris!

I finally splurged on a king size mattress. But had trouble ordering online to take advantage of the 15% off order online pickup in-store promotion so I thought I would go to the store to see if they could help me order online. But they went even one better above and beyond what they had to do and let me apply the percentage in store. They were also very helpful and patient with my selection. You just don't see that in many stores anymore.

The store is clean. The staff is friendly. You go there to find less expensive goods and that's what they sell.

Nice store ... rearranging things making store better

First time I've been in this Big Lots. Quite a bit bigger than Edgewoods store and laid out better, in my opinion. I needed canning jars and this is the only place I could find them in stock. I ordered for store pickup and they had them ready within one hour!!!

2022 Update: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐5/5 stars! Clean store, well organized and updated design. Great selection and lots of holiday decorations!

Recommendation:
Create a book area. Book sales in the area are limited to Ollies (cheap), Barnes and Noble (pricey), and 2nd & Charles (pricey). A large book section in Big Lots would be a great addition to the store and area.

Love to shop at Big Lots...such a variety of items to choose from.

This was a nice Big lots. Store employees are very helpful! Big lots is full of the savings I love! Plus I always come across some unexpected great shopping finds!

Prices are fair but the furniture the sell is junk

I actually found so much stuff in here that I wanted. They have great sales going on right now, and lots of stuff is cheaper than you would find at Walmart.
