Dr. McReynolds is amazing. She got me in with one days notice and is so focused on getting you to a better place. Wish I could repay her for what she's done for me! I love talking to Susan before my appointments as well!

Dr Karacostas is an AMAZING doctor. There are no words for how much he has helped my son or how grateful I am for the care provided to my entire family. My family is functioning better in so many ways and my son's future looks much brighter. Dr Karacostas really cares and it shows.

Dr Karacostas is great. The woman answering the main phone line is unkind and needlessly confrontational, which is ironic considering this is a mental health practice.

I've seen Dr. Joel Ellison as well as Jack Niehaus and Ann Dudley. They have all been excellent.

Staff has been helpful in general and Dr. Tedford had been a truly helpful professional.

This place has really helped me the past several months. I enjoy coming and Dr. Deckter is phenomenal!

Rude person answering the phones.

The person answering the phone is rude and not very helpful. It's funny that places that are supposed to be treating and helping people with anxiety and other similar issues make it so incredibly hard to even make an appointment.

Why is it that doctor office personnel are always the least helpful/passively insulting people? Lady answering phones was totally off-putting and led me to give up on the venture altogether.

Woman answering the phone was extremely rude and condescending. I almost yelled at her for talking to me unprofessionally but decided to take the high road. Talk to you employees about being professional. If they don't want to answer phones they probably shouldn't have that job.
