The best peds office for great care, communication and experience. I highly recommend! Also, the lactation consultant is great and it’s so nice to have a consultant so close to home!

Dr. Brockman and the APRN Laurie are fantastic. We came from POBC (mt. Washington) after multiple issues. So far dr. Brockman has been able to properly diagnose and acknowledge concerns I’ve had for months with my daughter that her previous dr blew off like it was no big deal. We saw Laurie on a Saturday as a last minute appt she was wonderful. Highly recommend we are very thankful to dr. Brockman.

This office is the BEST! I have taken my three children to Norton’s medical group locations throughout Louisville and once we moved here we switched to Bullitt County office. Best decision I have made in regards to the health care of my children. The Office staff is just as amazing as the doctors. We have seen every doctor that is there but our main is Dr. Brockman. He is friendly, listens to your concerns, allows you to ask questions and voice your opinion, he is very thorough, and he is quick with getting what your child needs. My youngest is differently abled and therefore it is harder for me to get things done when it comes to medical issues but with Dr. Brockman and his staff involved things have always went very smoothly and Fastly. Any parent knows that is vital when your child’s health is at stake. We have never had problems with prescriptions being sent over, other health tests being ordered, or had any concerns that were overlooked.. I can honestly say that I have not had this kind of an experience at any other facility.

Do not recommend this doctors office if your child is sick often. The receptionist is very rude and not helpful by any means. We have been told many of times there were no appointments available for weeks out. We had my daughter in the ER on a Friday and was told to see her pediatrician on Monday for a follow up due to RSV diagnosis. When calling the following monday, we were told we could not get in for at least 2 weeks. I explained my concerns and she said there was nothing she could do. The doctors, however, we're amazing and very helpful when we could get into see them.

I was late for the appointment for my 2 month daughter by ten mins. I was told that I was too late and that I would need to reschedule the appointment. Im not sure why they couldnt just see her as there was no one waiting in the lobby and the nurses and receptionists were just chatting. Unprofessional and not great customer service.

Went in for a new paitent appointment and walked right back out. Rude receptionists. I see why Bullitt County Pediatrics have too many patients. None wants to come to here.

I do not recommend Norton Children’s in shepherdsville. They tend to just send you somewhere and half the time don’t even try to resolve your needs in the office. Every Doctor that has been any good has left and went elsewhere. The doctor we really liked left the location and there was only one doctor and we were told she was retiring.. thank goodness because I don’t care for her anyway but that means they don’t have a permanent doctor in the office. I won’t go back. Bad experience more than once.

Gave one star because instead of me being able to bring my newborn in to see a doctor and figure out if im doing something wrong or if the formula is just hurtting her belly, i get told take her to the ER, why ? I thought thats why i have a pediatric doctor for her ! ER visits are looked down apon by insurance companys now days and i get charged out the butt, whatever though.

Everytime you call to make an appointment you end up on hold forever no one will answer you. You have to use the call back feature eventually someone will call you back to tell you they can't see you today possibly tomorrow or the next day not exactly what I'm looking for in a pediatrician.

The front desk associates are rude and not welcoming at all. The doctors we’ve seen are judgmental and not helpful at all. I don’t see a point in coming to the doctors when they are no help and no comfort at all. Do. Not. Use. This. Office.

I was in the waiting room when one of the receptionist shanutel was talking rudely about one of the nurses and was just on her phone and it was very unprofessional especially with kids around

Went in one time and will be we go back! My kids deserve better!
