The easiest day of my purchasing life! My daughter needed a new bed, and so I was dreading spending the entire day mattress shopping. Our first (and only) stop was Mattress Firm. Stephen waited on us, asked what we were looking for and our price range, and we found perfection right off the bat! My daughter is happy with the firmness, and I'm happy with the price. WIN! WIN! I will be back to purchase my bed in a few months.

I visited Mattress Firm in Clayton, Missouri to buy my very first new mattress. Joe was so helpful and explained the differences and features in each mattress and let me try them all out until I found the perfect one for me! We arranged a delivery day to my new house and I can’t wait to get my new mattress!

Tyler was very informative about your product and took time explaining different mattresses and matching them up with what we were looking for in a mattress. He was very professional and a good salesman without pressuring us.

Tyler was my sleep expert. He was very knowledgeable, personable and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. He did not make me feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. He ran through many options of mattresses for myself and my son. I really liked the fact that he addressed my teenage son as to what he liked and preferred in a mattress. He took his time with me in deciding what to buy and my payment options. I was very happy with his customer service and sales skills. I was in the store on February 10. I bought a full size Beautyrest PressureSmart 2.0 plush mattress for my son and a queen Serta iSeries 2.0 Hybrid Medium Mattress and adjustable base for myself. We've had the beds for about a week now and couldn't be happier! The first night I slept in my hybrid, I woke up the next morning for the first time in a long time not in pain! I'm a very satisfied customer and would recommend Mattress Firm in Clayton to everyone. Ask for Tyler!!!

I cannot remember the name of the guy who helped me- I went around 4-5 pm on July 11, 2023. This gentleman was taller and had longer hair. He was fantastic!! He was so professional and honest, and willing to try to work with me to stay in my budget. The definition of fantastic business practice- mattress firm is lucky to have that guy as an employee! So excited for my new mattress!

From the first day we walked in not knowing which way to go on choosing a new mattress, Tyler has gone above and beyond to help us figure out what we want/need… and more:-) There was absolutely no pressure from him and we greatly appreciated that aspect of him as a salesperson! As I entered Mattress Firm in Clayton, I was approached by Robert. He explained the various types (and firmness) of mattresses and we figured out the one for me. Robert proved to be very knowledgeable, considerate, professional and understanding about my comfort, sleeping needs and finances in purchasing a bed.
What I thought would be a long, drawn out, painful ordeal turned out to be a very pleasant experience.

Ryan was very helpful and didn’t try to sell the most expensive Tempur-Pedic. We discussed the “what-if’s” and I’m comfortable with the return policy if it turns out not to be a good fit.

Bob was wonderful. He really listened to what I was looking for, showed me my best options, and most importantly… did not try to sell me on something I didn’t want or need. Very happy with my experience.
