I have been shopping for a sofa, and I bought it today at Mueller's. Val was my salesperson, and I cannot say enough good things about her service. She was kind, informative, knew her facts, but she was never pushy. Together, we found the right sofa with the details I wanted. The price was very competitive to other places I'd looked before going to Mueller. I'm grateful for such a good experience, and I will definitely shop there again.

Linda did a great job getting to know our interests and taste in lifestyle and furniture. Her attention to detail and willingness to work with us was exemplary. She interfaced with the entire Mueller team to make sure we were taken care of. We look forward to working with Linda and the rest of the staff at Mueller's in the future.

Today we met Garrett at Mueller Furniture in Ellisville. He was very professional and easy to work with as we explored the store. Garrett was very knowledgable about the various pieces of furniture. He allowed us to look at our own pace and was very efficient when we were ready to purchase and discuss delivery. This store will be the one we visit time & time again.

Purchased a 60 inch kitchen table from Mueller today and Linda took great care of us. Quick ship and it will be delivered after finishing in around 5-6 weeks. Check them out if you are looking for real furniture.

This review is specially to provide a shout out to one of the consultants at the Ellisville location, Linda. She was so attentive and detail oriented, providing an exceptional customer experience. Linda made you feel heard, listening to exactly what you’re looking for instead of having a pushy sales approach, which is what we were experiencing at other places.

If anyone is in the market for custom, solid wood, BEAUTIFUL furniture, this is the place to go. The quality of furniture is unlike any other place we went to when shopping for a dining set. A big thanks to Linda once again for the time she took with us, educating us on all the options available.

It has been about 6 months now but finding some furniture for our new home couldn't have been a better experience at the Ellisville Mueller Furniture Store. I have never used a decorator before but as it came with the purchase I decided to avail myself of this service and it was a great experience. Linda and Rebecca couldn't have been more in tune with our preferences and were so helpful in recommending fabrics and styles that were suitable for our lifestyles, including those that would also best lend themselves to the exposure of grandchildren! Without pressure, they came to our location, took measurements, drew up some plans on the computer, and lent fabric samples for us to ponder. They followed up with us to make sure that everything was to our liking. They double checked our order prior to placing and, when the order was in, they called to let me know when to expect it. The delivery and set up went well also. There was one little smudge on the couch at the time of delivery but they quickly followed up by sending a serviceman out to remove it. I can honestly say that their Customer Service was exceptional, a rare commonly in today's environment. In addition, all of our furniture was made in America, which we highly value. While it was not inexpensive, I feel like we got a good value from the standpoint of both the quality of the furniture and the service that we received. I believe that Rebecca has relocated to the Illinois store but that Linda is still in Ellisville. Make sure to ask for her if you decide to try it. She is awesome!

We highly recommend Linda as your salesperson. She is friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, and not pushy at all. She is a great listener and guided us to the right sofa, media table and kitchen set. The furniture is of the highest quality and beautiful.

Linda is fantastic! She was wonderful to work with. It was like talking to a friend I hadn’t seen in a while. The recliner we bought is AMAZING and SO comfortable. We will definitely shop there again and will most definitely ask for Linda. Brandon and his partner were kind and courteous when they delivered the chair. Everything about the experience was wonderful.

Furnishing our home with Mueller Furniture has been a wonderful experience from start to finish! Linda at the Ellisville location helped us select the perfect living room sofa set for our space, family, and lifestyle. She was friendly, helpful, professional, and patient with us as we decided what brand, style, and color, would be best. She helped us select fabrics that would match our existing furniture and encouraged us to take the fabric samples home too see how well they matched our other pieces, which helped tremendously. She was an absolute delight to work with! When the delivery crew arrived with our furniture, we continued to be impressed. The men were professional, careful, and kind. They even helped me put furniture pads on the feet so that I could move the sofa around easily on my own if needed. The service we received was excellent! The Smith Brothers sofa is so comfortable and luxurious. Our whole family loves it! Thankfully, it is protected by Mueller Furniture’s amazing protection plan, so we can look forward to enjoying our sofa (and chair/ottoman to be delivered soon) for many years to come! Thank you!

I love the new Fairview Heights location. Years ago I purchased a mattress from Mueller and went back to their store for a recliner. The sales associate was so helpful and patient and helped me pick out a Palliser recliner. I can’t wait to get it.

We had a very positive experience with Linda at Mueller's Furniture. We talked with her a few times on the phone and she was very helpful. That is one of reasons we decided to use Muellers. Linda was even more helpful at the store. She was very knowledgeable about the furniture and fabrics. We also like that it is family owned and our new furniture is made in the U.S.A. We are very happy with our purchase

Garrett has been so professional and helpful throughout our experience with Mueller. From our arrival at the Ballwin location as he gave us a tour of the showroom and taught us a great deal regarding our options for a new kitchen table and chair set He assisted us in the styles the color choices wood types etc. we settled in on a custom made Hermes kitchen set which is absolutely gorgeous. We had a mishap at our home 8 months after receiving our table. The damage was accidentally caused by a guest in our home. We spoke with Garrett and he and Mark were extremely helpful in ensuring our table top was repaired and looks as great as it did the day we received it. We cannot say enough great things about Mueller Furniture Garrett and Mark. We will definitely purchase our furniture from Mueller in the future and recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Very happy with Mueller and our Yutzy furniture. We shopped at least half a dozen furniture stores and did not find any with the quality, variety, and customization available at Mueller. Our salesperson Garrett was very knowledgeable and patient as we considered all of the different customization options on our bedroom set. The delivery men, who only work for Mueller, were professional and careful as well. We got great service and high quality furniture at a reasonable price, and we'll be going back to Mueller in the future!

My friend Sue and I went to look at recliners. The lady who helped us was named Linda. She was awesome. She was the best sales person I have ever encountered. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and did not pressure us. So if you go ask for Linda!
