West County Uncle Bill's Pancake and Dinner House

This place is exactly what you want it to be: traditional comfort food, nothing fancy. The eggs are cooked just right, hash browns cooked to your liking (extra crispy please!) and the coffee is hot and never runs out. I love that there is a fireplace in the center of the room making it feel cozier, and the service is really fast. We've been here a couple times with a large group and they still get the meals out quickly. All the staff are professional and nice, and since you pay at the register, you don't feel like you're waiting around for the bill. If I'm for some reason starving at 3am on a Tuesday, I know I can go to Uncle Bill's because they are open 24 hours!

We went in on a Sunday morning. I was worried about it being busy and not being seated quickly but the line went very fast. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. Friendly staff as well.

The potions of food are very large.
The pancakes are so delicious all of the omelette are large.
The coffee is good. The maple syrup is always warm.

The bacon is very crispy with great sausage too. The chicken and waffles are yummy.( my husband favorite)

The private parking lot has lots of parking. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I will return.

Love the pancakes, waffles, French Toast and omelettes. Went there for brunch. I can always eat breakfast anytime of the day. It was packed but we only waited 5 minutes. I got 2 pancakes and 2 eggs scrambled. Both were cooked perfectly. Our server, Meridian, was fabulous. She has a strong positive vibe. Meridian brought our food about 10 minutes after we ordered. Top notch!

Overall great experience. Short wait for seating, great service, fair prices, good food. Pancakes were a little burnt and dry, but the biscuits and gravy were good. Would return again.

Great breakfast options at reasonable prices. My favorite is the 2×2×2×2, which includes eggs, pancakes, bacon, and sausage. Several types of eggs available, including sunny side up, scrambled, and omelette. Lots of pancake choices, including regular, chocolate chip, and pecan pancakes. Also have great lunch sandwiches and dinner options. Good location off Manchester Rd. Great service too. Good coffee...

It does not look like much from the outside and it's dated on the inside. But wait, there's more! It's not hard to see why this place is consistently rated the number 1 place in St Louis for breakfast. The staff is outstanding, the food is excellent. The prices are right. This is my kind of place. If you want good food, and friendly service for the whole family, give this place a try. Well done!!

Wait time was minimal, table was clean. Lay who seated is did not provide menus. The server was pushy (rushing is to order). Food was good (my omelet had egg shells and was fried hard).

It’s uncle bills so the food was exactly what I expected. Delicious. The service was excellent and everything came out quickly.

Met here with friends on a Friday. We ordered from the breakfast part of the menu. The waitress was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our food!

Uncle bill is so great my mom is one of the cooks.In my opinion shes a great cook there dont know about the others .But it dont matter cause the food still good.

We live In Tennessee, every visit to St. Louis we make appoint to eat at uncle Bill’s. The best yummy breakfast , you could ever eat. This place is absolutely the best place that staff is amazing. Mrs Lila she’s so nice and a hard worker. We can’t wait to come back to uncle Bills.

Been coming to visit hubby's family since we've been married...28 years. When we leave we always head to uncle bill's for breakfast before heading back to topeka. Could use a good cleaning, but food is still amazing

Amazing breakfast spot! The bacon was crisped to perfection, the pancakes were fluffy and flavorful, and the eggs were good too. My plate was loaded. Very friendly staff and a nice atmosphere inside. Great coffee as well. Overall a really good visit and I would recommend stopping by and giving it a try!

I enjoyed the pecan pancakes and my husband had eggs, bacon, and pancakes. All tasted great. It's a little expensive over $40 for two people, but the food was good and our waitress was very sweet

First time here. Great breakfast. Sat and enjoyed the wait I had for an appointment somewhere else. They kept the coffe flowing.

The best thing about Uncle Bill's isn't the atmosphere, the old-school delicious diner food, or even the kid friendly environment. It's the amazing customer service!! Like many places right now, Uncle Bill's is a bit understaffed. However, you can't tell at all. Our host waitress and cooks were all fantastic, and the food came fast and hot. All my kids loved it. I wish I had taken a picture, the Slingshot was insanely good. Thank you all at Uncle Bill's!!! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a St. Louis classic.

A little old school but that is the setting to delivery with great service and classic breakfast fare starting with biscuits and gravy whether as a side or main course.
