Really nice store with lots of great gift to choose from, including from licensed properties like Disney and Star Wars. They also carry Precious Moments, Jim Shore and Heart of Christmas, and more. Staff is great!

The team members here at this location are so helpful, pleasant and friendly. There is always someone around to help me find something, but they aren't pushy and don't hover, either. Last time I was there one of them helped me join their Facebook group. The time before, the item advertised was already sold out, so the manager volunteered to get it from another Hallmark store where she'd seen it just that morning. Before someone could buy it, she called the store, reserved the item, and brought it up to this store for me in a day or two. Such a great customer service experience. Jan’s Hallmark is such a nice store with one of a kind unique gifts. I love the large selection of cards as well. The associates always greet me with a warm and friendly hello and are so enthusiastic about helping me find what I’m looking for. I also enjoy shopping local.

I called this location looking for a specific baby book, but they didn't have it in stock. Even though I had planned to do it myself, Carol offered to call around to all the other locations to see if they had it in stock for me. Great customer service!

I just got 3 birthday cards and they are really nice for people in my family . I like their slogan when you care enough to send the very best choose Hallmark. I have been a customer of Hallmark for many years and they always have a nice selection of cards . The people that work there are really nice too .

Great selection of gift items and fun seasonal merchandise. Big selection of cards and a rewards program. I always intend to run in real quick but end up staying awhile to see all of their things.

They are really nice there. They were very patient and waited for me to figure out my password so I could use all my rewards points.

I love hallmark they always have a ton of Snoopy things I am totally obsessed with Snoopy and the peanuts they also have very friendly service 🐕‍🦺.

I only go into these kind of shops around Halloween and Christmas, and very rarely if I happen to be at a store next door and need a card. But the staff is friendly and they always have what I need.
