Rally House Central Plaza

Great store!! Very clean and organized. I was able to find what I was looking for with the help of the Store manager Charney. She is great and the other employees there were very helpful as well. This store is my go to Rally house from now on.

I saw this great manager named charney, she had great customer service. Also the other store employee Ryan was also really awesome. This store is amazing

Quick trip to help my daughter pick out a shirt for the City game. They had tons of options and she ended up with the cutest top! Lots of selection for all the pro STL teams as well as colleges.

I visited Ralley House to purchase baby things for a baby shower I was going to attend. The staff at the store were professional. When I asked for assistance I
was directed to the products on more than one ocassion. I was able to shop without feeling rushed.
Like many others, I think the prices are extravagant.
I want to thank the staffs Tiffini and Keauna for that pleasant shopping event. The parents of the next generation sport fan were very happy with the gifts.

I loved the wide variety of all their merchandise but to see the women's t-shirts that I was interested in purchasing I had to get a sales associate to get it down from the rack. That was the only downside. The sales associate was super nice and welcoming. I am glad to have a Rally House closer and I will be shopping there more often.

The manager "sharnay" customer service is very poor, and the odor was unpleasant.. the staff was incredibly rude but the tall African man is cool and helped me for what i needed.

Was two girls working when I went there, one of them was busy in the back stocking clothes and running the register, other one was rude, talking behind customers backs as if we weren’t right there, complaining that customers were putting clothes on the rack after trying them on (too bad, it’s your job it’s how it works) didn’t even say hi welcome to rally house to me and gave off condescending vibes

Sadly. They have terrible customer service. Even with tags on, they refused to return an item 2 days after I purchased it.
Can’t risk buying anything there again 🥲
