We celebrated our son's birthday here! The menu has something for everyone. Service was good. Everything we had was tasty. This location will probably be gone by August due to the teardown of Chesterfield Mall, so if you are in the West County area, get yourself a meal and cheesecake now!

Food is always amazing. I love going here. Only down side was this past time we were asked if we wanted more bread and it didn't come. And when I asked for water I got another soda instead. But human error and if it was a deal breaker I could have asked again. However, very friendly and I'd take that over all else any day. Only one hostess at the front was not so friendly or welcoming.

Late post; we celebrated our 7th Anniversary here last March and we enjoyed what we had. And the way they beautifully decorated our strawberry cheesecake. Which also our wedding cake last March 2017.

Wonderful restaurant to have lunch with my granddaughter. Our server was a bit snobbish but lightened up after a few accolades. The food was delicious and the dessert was scrumptious.

Server was great! Pleasant, and professional. We had the Tex Mex egg rolls and they were great so was the calamari. The bread is always nice to have while you wait. We had several good drinks and when our food arrived it was perfect. The chicken fettuccine Alfredo cook to perfection, and the portions were just right with a little bit to take home. The Carne Asada steak was cooked just as good and had plenty. The fish tacos are very filling with lots of fish. We normally get dessert but we were just too full but you can’t go wrong with taking some cheesecake or strawberry shortcake home restaurant was very clean wasn’t too crowded and then it was just a really pleasant atmosphere.

Drove around for a minute couldn't decide what we wanted, seen Cheese cake Factory so decided to go go there never been there. Was seated right away. Loved the interior decore. Bar was well stocked neatly. Always seen on "BIG BANG"!!! LOL. Ordered spinach dip appt delicious. But man that bread was off the hook loved it. My girl ordered spaghetti carbanara looked delicious I ordered Jambalaya was sooo delicious so full I couldn't eat dessert dang it. Our waiter Bailey was on point with refills didn't have to ask ever. It's shame I just found this place an it's leaving "A BUMMER!! Man wish I would of came sooner. 😪 but wherever I will follow lol.

One of the few things left at this mall, but it is a great location. They do not take reservations but we had no trouble with a party of 9. We were there at 2:00 on a Saturday. I was surprised at how busy they were at this location. The service was awesome and the food came pretty quick. They even helped us with the cheesecake birthday cake. They did not charge automatic gratuity. That surprised us and we made it well worth the hour and a half we were there. I recommend this place and I am sure we will be back.

As with all cheesecake factories - consistent in food quality, value, service and atmosphere. If you've been to one, another one will feel just the same as it's well standardized on all aspects. Food was good - quality and quantity echoed in the cost. Extensive menu that has something for everyone/anyone with certain food lifestyles. Free bread as a starter as well. Can't go wrong when visiting cheesecake factory (for food, cheesecake or both).

Very good. Our mac and cheese balls came out cold, both times, but our server was great, and we all enjoyed our food. Will definitely be back.

I ordered BEET AND AVOCADO SALAD and FRIED ZUCCHINI. This appetizer is highly recommended for those who love beets, avocado, and zucchini. I think the crunchy Quinoa in BEET AND AVOCADO SALAD makes it even more delicious. I will definitely repeat it when I come again. The bartender's service was polite and friendly, and I felt very professional. Unfortunately, the Chesterfiel store will be closing on August 31, 2024, so I want to go there again before then!

We had a wonderful time for my daughter's birthday. We had 12 people and the waiter was fantastic. The food was great and the atmosphere was excellent. I would suggest the restaurant start taking reservations. We were also charged for an additional drink because one of the teenagers switched from Coke to Lemonade, but these are minor annoyances.

Them serving like five different cuisines yet getting each dish right will never cease to amaze me. Every dish was phenomenal with great flavor

The Cheesecake Factory is a popular restaurant chain known for its extensive menu and, of course, its delicious cheesecakes. The atmosphere is lively and bustling, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. I tried their avocado egg rolls as an appetizer, and they were absolutely delicious, with a crispy exterior and creamy filling. For the main course, I opted for the chicken Madeira, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. And of course, I couldn't leave without trying one of their famous cheesecakes. I went for the classic original, and it did not disappoint. Creamy, rich, and utterly indulgent. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the generous portions and quality of the food make it worth it. Highly recommended!

My first time here. Beautiful place and the service is excellent. It felt like a fairy tale story come to life. The food was delicious and more than I could eat. I tried the Tirimasu Cheesecake, it was okay. The banana cream pie cheesecake was delicious. 😊

One of my default places to go, specially after a long shopping day at the mall. Great for family and friends. Despite few mishaps with making the burger burned as suppose to be well done, I still like and go to this place.

They do have multiple great menu for gluten free and most importantly they do have 2 choices of gluten free cheese cake.

The atmosphere is great for both family and friends settings.

From the moment we walked in the door until we finished the bite of cheesecake, we received incredible service and the atmosphere was terrific. I will definitely be returning with the family.

Excellent food! We tried the Egg Roll Sampler, VERY GOOD! Also had the Korean Chicken Fried Rice, another fantastic dish! My husband and I split the above and walked away stuffed. Very generous portions. We will be back!

Service was fast and friendly. Waitress was quite knowledgeable about the menu. Portions are LARGE. I had the chicken and shrimp gumbo and it was delicious 😋 and moderately spicy. The leftovers on days 2 & 3 were just as tasty. The caramel cheesecake was fabulous. Love that they will take what you want to bring home and box it up for you, a nice service.
