I had the best experience with a fitting with Emmy at Soma today! I'm one year postpartum and nothing fits quite the same way. I didn't expect this to be a fun, informative, and productive event, but I was surprised and delighted when it was! Highly recommend this location, staff, and product. Most things fit like a dream, and I felt very taken care of. Thanks Emmy! I'll be back....Maybe just to hang out.

As a new mama, I couldn't be more grateful for the personalized experience Soma gave me. Pat was who personally helped me and she quickly helped me navigate options to get back to caring for my new baby. She helped me find just the right nursing bra to help me feel comfortable and supported. I liked Soma brand before but I truly valued my shopping experience for the first time at the Asheville Soma.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING service from both workers this afternoon. My daughter needed unique clothing and was given more options than name brand store for bridal & bridal party clothing. The employee that attended to my daughter was very helpful & knowledgeable in getting exactly what she needed for prom backless dress. Thank you to both employees for their great customer service.

I have not purchased new bras in several years and was avoiding it due to aging and weight gain. I was greeted when I walked in by a very friendly person who referred me to Laura. Laura fitted me and was prompt in bringing many different styles for me to try; she was not pushy at all and explained the benefits of the different styles. I left with 5 new bras in different 5 styles that FIT and are comfortable. The service took the pain out of finding the right bra. I will return here in the future, not only for new bras, but for the comfy and beautiful dresses, too! Thanks again for great service!

Fantastic! I came in with a return and was given excellent customer service with no questions asked. The sales rep immediately helped me to find a replacement that I was happy with. The store manager was extremely friendly, polite, and professional. If you’re looking for a wonderful experience to purchase your intimates, this store is where you’ll want to shop!

I wanted to give a huge thank you to Laura. I have always dreaded shopping for new bras and she made it so much easier. She found flattering, comfortable, and proper fitting bras for me. I’m very appreciative of her help and expertise. 😊

Amy was amazingly helpful. She helped me find the right bra and even stayed late to make sure I was getting the best price (as there was a lower price posted online). She’s super friendly and helpful and made the usually stressful task of bra shopping much more pleasant.
