This is one of the only places I'll take my 328xi. Christopher has always treated me with respect & he is someone that you can trust with your vehicle. The young men that are working with him are very polite & knowledgeable about working on your car. This place is super legit. 👌 Thanks for all you do.

Chris is thorough and fair, both of which are hard to come by these days. I have two older bmws and have been to see him several times to address a multitude of issues. I will not go anywhere else again.

Chris Joyner runs the best BMW service shop that I have been to hands down! I recommend all of my BMW friends to him. I drive over 1.5 hours to use his services, because he is so much better than the dealerships. He also is more experienced to deal with your BMW than most other private shops because he specializes in them.

Chris not only does excellent work, but he genuinely cares about the health of his customers cars and walks you through what is wrong and makes sure you know how your car is doing. He is also very fairly priced.

Unlike the dealership service centers, this shop is extremely honest. Chris does whatever it takes to make the situation right.

In conclusion, this is the best shop around for miles and miles. My 100 mile drive is very well worth it.

Chris & Team are outstanding. He fixed a bunch of things on my '08 BMW X5 and he tackled a super tricky issue with my sunroof and it works better than ever. Chris is honest, fair and does excellent work at a great price (especially compared to the dealer). Highly recommend and I'll be bringing my BMW only to Chris from now on for repairs.

Chris is amazing!!! I took my BMW over and he had the job done within the hour. He checked my AC, discovered the problem and fixed it right then. His pricing is so incredible for the value and work - way better than the dealership! I will now always bring my BMW to him. Thanks Chris!

I cannot rave about Joyner BMW & Chris enough - I've been trusting Chris with my car for 2 years now and every time we're done, I swear I am somehow more impressed & happy than before. I luckily live 5 minutes from his location, but I would recommend coming from any surrounding area to Chris over BMW or any other service center - you will get your value & more from this decision.

Real life example - I got my brakes replaced by Chris a few months ago for almost HALF the price BMW charged me a few years prior. Unbelievable.

They're honest, straight forward, timely, and reliable - can't ask for more.

What an awesome shop with fantastic mechanics!!

I went to this shop in a bit of a panic because the sunroof on my X5 wouldn't close and there was a storm looming... Although they were plenty busy, they took the time to look at the situation and run a diagnostic, AND gave me a very satisfactory solution to my issue. I would like to give a big shout out to Ian, the BMW mechanical wizard, who was super nice, and didn't give up until solving the puzzle of my broken sunroof. The shop owner was also very helpful and kind. The pricing was extremely reasonable and I left there feeling very grateful. I will most definitely be taking all my repair needs to them from now forward. Thank you!!

The only place for bummer owners to get honest and dependable service. Chris is by far the best in Asheville and you WILL NOT find a more honest and straightforward guy. When you go in (if you can get an appt], you will know what you need done. When you leave, you can drive away with confidence and not feeling "taken."

He has always done a really good job on my car. I literally will not take my BMW any where else and I'm really picky about who works on my car and I feel really comfortable leaving my car with him. I would recommend him to anyone.

I needed a fuse replaced in my 2016 x5. Chris performed the replacement in short order and we were back on vacation. Highly recommend this shop. AND, shame on Hendrick BMW in Charleston who said they performed the repair.
