Today I received the customer service Williams Sonoma is famous for. I returned an item that was no longer under their warranty, and the manager took care of it anyway. While there might be cheaper options out there, this is the reason I have never been disappointed by Williams Sonoma. Plus, their gourmet items can't be beat.
