Have bought many cars from this dealership. Have always been treated with respect and Anthony Parton has always been the most helpful in my needs for a vehicle.

I bought my new to me car in March of 2017. I was in and out within about an hour and 15 minutes which was absolutely awesome. Had a couple of things happen about a week after I bought it and I took it back to Kia and they took very good care of me.

I had a wonderful experience at Paramount Kia (Tunnel Rd) purchasing my new (used) car. Literally everything was hassle free. Everything was prepared for me and ready the day I came to pick up my new car. Customer service was a 10 and everyone was friendly and professional and even gave me a few laughs, so it felt more like a family experience rather than a uncomfortable buying experience which I have had in the past. When I am ready for a new car in a few years, I will definitely be returning to Paramount Kia!

In the past year, we bought 3 used cars from Paramount Kia, Tunnel Road. One daughter in College, and one a Senior in high school, we needed safe and economical used cars. We told Ray the budget and type of cars we were looking for and within a few days, he called us with the "perfect" car for each of my girls. Ray was a pleasure to work with on all 3 occaisons and would recommend him to anyone. It was no stress, no pressure and it was nice to have someone looking out for us and finding us the right vehicles.

Dealt with Mike Schwally. While the car sold itself, this guy really made everything hassle free. Great to deal with and made us feel really good about the entire process. The only scary thing is that I didn't have any reservations!
