We are pleased about our experience with Asheville Furniture Repair. Jeremy communicated well and the work was done expertly. We had a dining room chair where the arm had nearly cracked off and a leather chair with the legs falling off. Both chairs were unusable but after repair will be useful for many more years. I appreciated the option to pay extra for pick up and drop off at home.

I had a chair just “break” and the person sitting in it at the time hit the floor!! Not good!!! I was a little skeptical that it could be fixed because of the severe damage. So glad I found Jeremy at Asheville Furniture Repair. I had Jeremy fix the broken chair and reinforce the other chairs for the table. It took several months to move through the que but was definitely worth the wait! I’m very pleased with the repair and would definitely use Asheville Furniture again!!! Thank you Jeremy and staff!
I’ve added before and after pictures!!

I have a family antique suffering from years of storage in a garage and Asheville Furniture Repair brought it back to life. It is beautiful and looks like the 150 year old table that it is, only new.

We moved to Brevard near Asheville NC recently and the house was not ready, so we had the movers store the furniture in a storage unit for six months--we didn't know it but they stacked the unit literally clear to the ceiling with no regard to what was breakable--and of course there was a LOT of breakage--including the legs on a wonderful old early 19th c. desk. I went online and tried to locate "woodworkers" who could do the job but to no avail. Fortunately Jeremy has named his business well so that when I searched on the words "Asheville, NC, Furniture Repair," of course to my delight his business popped right up--the only such business in the area. He has since restored all our broken items, including rebuilding the underpinnings of the valuable old desk so that the repairs are invisible but also all four legs are now stronger than they were when built 200 years ago!--a beautiful piece of work. For a small extra fee, he came and got the desk and later delivered it too (we are elderly and have no truck). Jeremy's service is not inexpensive but is absolutely worth every penny-- you may be assured the repair will be done RIGHT and will basically last as long as your furniture does! Jeremy is also a very nice guy and a pleasure to do business with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Dr. Richard Gibson, Brevard NC.

These guys are insanely talented. I brought in a MCM shelving system that I thought was beyond saving (mold, structural damage, missing veneer,...) but through some sort of wizardry they were able to restore it to something beautiful. They take their time and their prices are super fair for the quality of work they do. Great customer service too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic refinishing of our dining room table and chairs. The table top was badly worn and the chairs were falling apart. Jeremy and his team refinished the table and base to its original beauty and repaired the chairs equally well. I highly recommend Asheville Furniture Repair as they are kind, professional and excellent craftsmen.

I brought a genuine French antique settee to Asheville Furniture Repair. The beautiful cane bottom had seen its last days of service. I asked for a wooden bottom to be designed to replace the cane one. The finished project is absolutely awesome, the design was perfect and the stain match was spot on. I appreciate their work and craftsmanship. Would definitely use them again.

Jeremy has helped me with a few pieces of furniture which needed TLC!. He came to my home to repair dining table legs, he re-built some dog chewed spindles on an antique captain's chair, he beauifully repaired two chairs with cane seats. All the while pleasant, professional knowledgible and fair. Jeremy also upholsters which will be my next project!

Asheville Furniture Repair did an outstanding job on our rocking chair. It was a tricky task but we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. We are having them do some additional work on other projects based on the great service.

I had the seats of two antique spindle back chairs re-caned by Asheville Furniture Repair and the results will surely last at least another 50 years. I'm so thrilled to have found a business that I can trust any of my furniture whether antique or newer to for repairs.

I had a pretty severely damaged wooden rocking chair that had all but one spindle broken out of the back. Asheville Furniture Repair beautifully replicated the original spindles and replaced them. They also fixed the split in the seat AND sanded off all of the peeling paint so I may stain or repaint myself. I would definitely recommend them!

The finished product was even better than I had hoped. The bonus was that they made an extra effort to get it completed so I could give it to my wife at Christmas. This is a childhood memory that she has wanted to have repaired and restored for over 40 years.

Asheville Furniture Repair brought my paternal grandmother's antique Bird's-Eye Maple dining table and chairs back to life. Decades of use by our family making lots of memories had left the set in poor shape with gouges in the seats and back spindles and chair legs coming apart every time you sat in them. Jeremy and his team worked a miracle and the set looks stunning!! The color and finish are absolutely perfect. I know my grandmother would be so pleased.

Thank you for restoring this set, it has made me tremendously hapoy and I am so excited about handing it down to my daughter.

Asheville Furniture Repair was recommended to me by a local furniture store when I asked about customizing the feet for a stereo rack that I had installed at my home. The feet are steel with built in rubber wheels and needed to be cut down about 2 inches for the stand/video projector to work in my space at home. They completed the work, which takes a bit of skill to avoid ruining these pieces, and it was perfect. The welds looked like they came from the factory (meaning were nearly invisible) and they even matched the factory paint on the feet. I would recommend them highly. It is hard to find good craftspeople nowadays, but these folks fit the bill.

Jeremy at Asheville Furniture Repair does an absolutely amazing job! He transformed an antique buffet that I have, that was quite beat up, into a beautiful piece!! The drawers had been warped and now work beautifully. I highly recommend if you want to breathe new life into some old furniture!!

I had a very old rocking chair that the wood was beginning to split. It was repaired beautifully and looks like it must have many years ago. I highly recommend Jeremy.
