North Asheville Public Library

Libraries have always been my happy place and I love this library! I stop in all the time, just to lift my spirits and grab a book or 2. The librarians are always friendly and helpful and the library itself is pretty and cozy. I tend to grab books from the “Staff Recommendations” shelf and I always enjoy them. 😊

Such a friendly and helpful library. And always set up for young children to play creatively in the picture book section. Today my granddaughter enjoyed playing with the doll house, and then she wanted to check out a picture book we had checked out once before. She couldn't remember the exact name of the book but could remember and describe the cover. The librarians helped her find the cover, and then the book! She (and I) were thrilled. Thank you!

This is a fantastic library, with a very cozy feel. You’ll find several places where you can sit down and dive into a good book. There’s a sizable section dedicated to children/youth books, and there’s also DVDs and books available to check out. There are 10+ computers available to use as well.

Small neighborhood library that has been a magical place for me since I was a kid. Great staff and lots of space for reading, computing, or web browsing (great wifi!). Has meeting space too - but temporarily shut down for the pandemic I think.

So welcoming!!! Just like a library should be. So excited to have my new library card as a resident! Getting my library card always makes me feel like I'm truly home.

SO MANY BOOKS!!!!!!! my son loves books and the first time we went there my son thought it was heaven! we love this place 5 stars!

This is an awesome little library; I go weekly for my book fix. Free wifi and hot spot/laptop rentals, and they can get any books you request from other libraries within a week.

Went to an Ayurveda meeting at the North Asheville Library today. I need more choices than what the typical medical environment in Asheville presently offers

Nice and quiet, well kept little library. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice selection of Agatha Christie, which is exactly what I was looking for.

Beautiful little branch library that looks like a mountain lodge. They have Internet and rocking chairs -- what more do you need?!
