Bed Bath & Beyond is a fantastic store with a huge selection of home goods and decor. Their prices are competitive, and their customer service is top-notch. The online shopping experience is seamless, and I appreciate their convenient in-store pickup options. Highly recommend!

I found exactly what I was looking for and things I didn't know I needed. (All at reasonable prices.) The store was so clean and well-stocked. Kenneth was a rockstar cashier! It's not every day I experience top-level customer service, but Kenneth made this happen. This BB&B location rocks!

I really enjoy shopping at bed bath & beyond, they have whatever you want and at reasonable prices. Sometimes we just stop in to look at all the new gadgets and trinkets that they offer and we always end up finding something we wasn't looking for but just had to have.

It's a great store but it was closed last weekend due to lack of staffing. I didn't get to shop.

My mom and I have shopped at this Bed Bath & Beyond for many many years. Yesterday we got the privilege to meet Ken as we stepped up to the register. Ken was such a delight! We shared smiles, laughs and good conversation. We have never enjoyed a check out experience like we did yesterday. Hire more Kens!

The staff was helpful with attempting to find what I came for. Unfortunately Bed Bath & Beyond didn't carry the item. Makes you wonder what "Beyond" stands for? I assume any given store just really can't "have everything"?

My favorite store. This BBB is clean, well stocked, and lots of variety. Anytime I am in area, I pop in. And I am member, get the 20% off everything, so price beats most places. Staff always friendly and helpful. They take returns with no hassle.

I've been here a few times before but I'm so impressed with all the work they have been doing organizing and cleaning up the store. I really enjoyed shopping this trip. Ken was my cashier and he totally made my night. He cracked me up the whole time I was checking out. Can't wait to go back!

I ordered part of my stuff online and went into the store to buy what was available. Ordering online was easy. The stainless steel canisters, finger tip towels and yard decoration, I was really pleased with. Everyone was ready and willing to help me find just what I needed. It was a very pleasant shopping experience

Brittany was sooo so helpful! I came in frazzled and running on no sleep trying to buy a houseful of items for my new and totally empty house. I was not in the game. I had been there for over an hour and only had 4 or 5 things in my basket with 10 or 12 more on my list. I think she saw how much I was struggling (I'm a 33 year old man who had never been inside a BB&B and had practically never bought household items new before) and swooped in and helped me finish the rest of my list in about 30 min. I would have been there for hours sifting through all the options. It has been a long time since I've had that kind of personal care, it really made me feel welcome.
It also made it easy to say yes to Kenneth when he asked to sign me up for the rewards program to save 20% on my purchase.
The only thing I regret about this visit was not realizing I could bring my dog inside until I was walking out the door. She sat in the car for almost my entire shopping trip and only came in for a stroll once I was checked out.
I will definitely be buying personal and household items here from now on. Thanks you guys!

Sandra was so gracious and helped me to find a very specific comforter. She took her time and was so patient and kind to help me. The 5 stars go to Sandra specifically, as great people and exceptional customer service are a rare find these days. Thank you Sandra I am sleeping so cozy now thanks to you!

So I went into the store today with a cranky toddler who hadn’t had a nap looking for a comforter set I had happen to see online. I mistakenly thought it said it was in stock at the store so I drove the 25 minutes from my house only to discover I was mistaken and they didn’t have it in the store. I was so frustrated but the staff there was amazing! I wish I had gotten her name but the associate helped me order the comforter on their computer and made sure I got my 20% coupon and free shipping. A rough frustrating trip was turned around by amazing customer service!

Sandra --not sure which Department but helped us across the board with several items--was exceptionally helpful: kind, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient in checking whether particular items were in stock or available on line, offering to find them on the floor or ordering them for us. We were most impressed and grateful!

My Wife loves the Sales and the Coupons. She stacks them and its nice to see the savings at checkout. The Cashiers are sharp and go thru all your coupons to make sure you've gotten your full savings

Store closing sale is great if they have what you're looking for!

We came in to try and find shams to match a quilt we had bought. We had very little info to try find the right match, but Tracy was outstanding in leaving no stone unturned. She would not quit until she had found exactly the right match. Plus she is funny. Great service.

Great place, had exactly what I was looking for, I needed a white noise machine because I have 3 roommates I live in the city of Asheville, NC. Anyway great prices and things you cant just find anywhere for you bed, bath, and decorating needs.

Excellent store for anything for your home. Collect 20%OFF FOR ONE ITEM COUPONS for things less than 25.00. I get both in the mail all the time and have them in the car glove box. Nice stuff, nice choices.
