Visited Café Bomba during the Christmas weekend and had a lovely breakfast experience. The outdoor seating was pleasant, especially on a sunny day, and they kindly accommodated our dog.

We tried Bomba Benedict and Banana Foster French Toast, which were tasty, accompanied by fresh veggies and fruits. The hot lattes were a nice addition. The waiter was friendly and welcoming, making it an overall enjoyable spot for a delicious breakfast.

The city view of Asheville was a lovely backdrop for dining outdoors – watching people come and go, families strolling the streets, and tourists exploring downtown added to the charm.

Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a chill and dog-friendly place with great food & coffee options and nice views.

Flavor, presentation and warmth. 3 things that Café Bomba takes seriously.

Greatly enjoyed my brunch here. Tight dining experience reminded me of some cozy European adventures. Highly recommend!

Cafe Bomba's Brunch was tasty and very filling. The Arepia Perico with chicken, chorizo, vegetable scramble, beans, and fruit was enough for two people. I ordered a hot vanilla latte, and the aroma and taste of the beans were heavenly. My daughter had the Huevos Rancheros, again lots of foid, tender beef, eggs, avocado, tortillas, beans, and fruit. Their lunch menu looked great as well. It's definitely worth a trip. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Best breakfast in Asheville! The restaurant is super small so be prepared for close seating to other patrons. It was worth it though! Bananas foster French toast was so good! Portions are VERY generous.

Brunch time!! Amazing flavors 😋. Come grab a coffee and explore their wonderful plates. You can easily share a plate 🍽 😉. Enjoy the downtown scenery like a French inspired Cafe. ✨Kudos to Maite y Anita!! Amazing customer service 👏.

When I tell you I’ve been thinking about our brunch at Bomba for months, I’m not kidding! We are from Atlanta and I’ve pondered several times about booking a weekend trip back to Asheville solely for the purpose of revisiting here. The Cafe con Leche (which has cinnamon) is the best coffee I’ve ever had. French onion soup was also super good, as well as the Cuban sandwich and crab benedict. We will certainly be back.

This is a meal I can absolutely brag about. I had the Banana Foster French toast and I was SHOCKED at how well these items were paired on the plate. The French Toast was incredibly sweet, paired with a spiced bacon with the perfect amount of heat. Starting out I went straight for the toast, it got a little sweet for my taste so I decided to mix it up and that's when the magic happened. The pairing was awesome. The staff was pleasant and interacted well with each other. The place is SMALL so watching the staff move around each other and communicate was actually quite pleasant. The only "complaint" I have is that we were seated by the door, which was cooooold on my neck AND the menu was posted on the window so about 5 times during my meal I had people approach the window and stare at the menu awkwardly close to our seat. Simply solved by a stand on the sidewalk or posting the menu on the door. Honestly, none of it was a big deal, just an observation. The MEAL, was great. My wife is the pickiest coffee drinker on the planet, and she described it as a "fun little coffee drink" and she smiled the whole time she drank it.

Although we stopped here as they were the only place open, we left super happy with the lucky stop. Servers were great and friendly. Plates are BIG. We had the arepa perico and the bomba roll. The chorizo on both plates was delicious. The serving size is big enough to share.

We first visited 4 years ago and were immediately impressed by their menu and service. The experience was so good that I knew that on my next trip to Asheville, I would return. We returned 2 years in a row just to find out that it was temporarily closed. Happy to see them back. We tried a few of their new menu dishes and they were all amazing. Back tomorrow for their shrimp Chilaquiles during brunch. Without a doubt one of the very best restaurants in Asheville.

This was a different experience for a very small eatery. When I say small I mean small but they cook up some good Cuban dishes. We had brunch. It was very expensive but the food was very tasty. We sat in the enclosed area on the patio and it was comfortable but our table was traveling a bit downhill. We would definitely go back for dinner. $85 for brunch was a bit out of our league. It would be nice to have a glass of water from the faucet but we paid $5 for one bottle of water. Once again, the food was great and we understand with such a small place you must charge a premium price.

We ate on the patio today with the wind guard and heat lamp and it was just the most relaxing breakfast I’ve had with a toddler and my dog. The gentleman helped us get settled and in general the service and ambiance was 11/10 outstanding. Good energy. The jazz music was relaxing. The hot and cold lattes were heaven sent. Food was good. Thank you for helping us start the day off right!

We stopped by for brunch. Excellent food selection with great plating. Enjoyed the veggie options with "Impossible" chorizo. The eggs were delicious. It is pricey but quality and food quantity are excellent. They had an unique Banana bread French Toast. Plantains were on point. Seating was tight due to the popularity. Coffee and drink selection were great also.

Just excellent! The wife and I came by for breakfast and every aspect was great. It was too chilly to eat outside so we grabbed a table in, but later on the weather warmed up and there were plenty of people on the terrace enjoying the ambiance. I don't normally drink coffee but I was cold and had a cafe leche (I think). Very good. My Chicken BLT was delicious and I especially liked that there was a small fruit salad with the meals. My wife ordered the crab cakes and she said they were wonderful. The service was top notch and the bathrooms were even very clean. Great place to stop through and have a tasty meal. The place is quaint, but the service and food were altogether the best we've had in this mountain area in 4 days. That's saying a lot since we've been eating great food everyday for a few days now as we explore the area. Anyway, check them out!

Stopped by during our trip to Asheville, this was one of my favorite memories made. I had the best time sitting outside on the corner, people watching and embracing Asheville while dining here. The cheese/fruit/meat tray was so amazing! It was the perfect snack of a unique selection of items. I had the most authentic Bloody Mary. The service was unmatched! I felt so welcomed by the staff. I love love love it here! Thank you for inviting us in.

Super solid, delicious breakfast. Everything was made from scratch fresh, from fruits (love the watermelon on the fruit salad) to crepes to fries. Large portions too. I actually felt healthier after eating here 😆. Would definitely come back again.
