Power to the People

I have been a very happy customer for the last 5 years, with work including small jobs (lighting repairs, range hood install, outlet swaps) and large (separating 80A feed from house to workshop, setting up new dedicated 200A service). Today, they just finished installation of a Generac 24kw generator for outage protection at my home (after significant rounds of troubleshooting some issues). Hands down the best electrical contractor I've worked with before, can't imagine hiring anyone else. Punctual, reasonably priced, helpful, professional, and friendly are how I'd describe Andrew and his crew. You won't go wrong hiring them.

Saw PTTP recommended on a local facebook group and gave them a call and I'm glad I did! I had them install an EV charger on my house and although we had a small issue, Andrew was willing to work with me to end up with a great result.

In a word: wow! After being blown off by another electrician and receiving a few other quotes that weren't to our preference (a couple were a lot more, a couple were a bit less), we selected Power to the People to do about a week's worth of electrical work at our home. The pricing was fair, the scheduling was reasonable, the work was excellent, and all the people were super professional, polite, kind, and energetic. These folks care about their customers and about their work product. I'd hire them again and again - and won't bother getting quotes from anyone else when we need more work in the future. Thanks for taking such good care of us (and being patient with our ridiculous animals)!!!

This company was easy to work with from the start and provided us with great craftsmanship on our 2 new lights, 6 new outlets and a couple other things they fixed for us in the process. Estimate and pricing was very competitive compared to others we received locally and we are glad we went with them. From calling to schedule the estimate with Andrew to setting the date for the work to be done, to them showing up when they said they would, we have no complaints! Skyler, Alex and Sam were all very professional, personable and a pleasure to have in our home. We would definitely hire them again and highly recommend this company!!

Power to the people were great to work with! Beth their person taking calls and emails is very helpful and friendly. And we had Logan, the technician on one of our jobs and he completed everything we needed to on a complicated job working with all cmu block and plastered walls. We will definitely hire them again!

Two skilled, professional men arrived ON TIME! We went over the job and they easily understood my project. Everything went smoothly. When I went to look at the project, when they had completed and I found everything neat and cleaned up. My project just as I had wanted. I definitely recommend Power to the People.

I have had them to my property multiple times for renovations, adding lights or plugs, and a panel change. I plan on having them come back out once I get my outdoor lighting plan finalized as well. They are very reasonable, they clean up afterwards, and I always recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician!

It took awhile for our scheduled appointment but it was worth the wait! The invoice was clear and exactly what was spelled out during the initial visit. The two electricians were efficient and very friendly. They did superb work!

Reached out for a quote to run a new line to install a hot tub. The owner came out within a week to provide a reasonable quote and the crew was able to complete the job within two weeks of the quote. The line actually was run a week before the hot tub was delivered and the owner returned hours after the tub was delivered to hook it up for us so it could be used same day. About to use them again for another job.

PTTP provided a great experience from start to finish. When I called a very friendly REAL PERSON answered the phone and we scheduled something within the week. It was a tiny job— 3 outdoor outlets weren’t working but apparently no job is too small. The owner came and was early so he could potentially fix the issue right on the spot. Which he did! We enjoyed chatting with the owner and the cost was completely reasonable. Would definitely recommend and will use again for sure.

PTTP repaired three outlets and installed a much needed can light in our bedroom, all within 2 hours. They arrived on time and treated us and our property with respect. Highest recommendation!
